Produce boxes and bags for shipping produce, e.g., bananas, utilize ventilation structures that allow for ventilation therethrough. A method of assembling produce boxes provides for cutouts that serve as ventilation structures in the boxes. When the produce boxes are stacked such as on a shipping pallet, the ventilation structures allow for ventilation of through the stacked boxes. Produce may be packed in a bag, which is closed with a rip cord and inserted into a produce box. The rip cord may be accessed when the box is in a stack such as on a shipping pallet, such that the rip cord may be pulled thereby opening the bag, without removing the box from the stack.

The face stock is separated into a succession of bonding labels carried on the release liner such that each bonding label includes a portion of the top side release liner having at least one aperture exposing a corresponding portion of the underlying top side adhesive layer.

The shipping pack is configurable in a folded flat stackable form having an interior bag in situ for storage or dispatch and is easily machine assembled or manually formed into an open-mouthed shipping pack at point of use.

In one aspect, a multilayer film comprises a first skin layer having an overall density of less than or equal to 0.912 g/cm.sup.3; a second skin layer having an overall density of less than or equal to 0.912 g/cm.sup.3; and a core positioned between the skin layers, wherein the core has an overall density that is at least 0.01 g/cm.sup.3 greater than then overall density of the first skin layer, wherein the overall density of the multilayer film is from 0.905 to 0.930 g/cm.sup.3, wherein the film has a bending stiffness of 1.35 mN.Math.mm or less when the film has a thickness of 2 mils (50.8 microns), wherein the film exhibits a Gelbo flex crack performance of 2 pinholes or less in 20,000 cycles, and wherein the film comprises at least 95% by weight polyethylene based on the total weight of the film.

In some embodiments, each pouch can contain a single strip. In some embodiments, the housing can be composed of a biodegradable material. In some embodiments, the housing can be composed of paper, cardboard, biodegradable plastic, KAPA® board, polyurethane, poster board, or any combination thereof. In some embodiments, each of the plurality of individual pouches can be composed of polyethylene, polypropylene, polyethylene terephthalate, acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene, polyvinyl chloride, polyamide, polycarbonate, polyoxymethylene, polyurethane, or any combination thereof.
