PACKAGING LINER, PROTECTING COVER AND PACKAGING CONTAINER
A packaging liner, protecting covers using the packaging liner and packaging containers using the protecting covers are disclosed. The packaging liner includes a first resisting section, a second resisting section disposed opposite the first resisting section and a deformable section connected between the first resisting section and the second resisting section. The deformable section comprises a plurality of elastic members such that when at least one of the first resisting section and the second resisting section is stressed, the deforming section is able to deform to match the outline and dimensions of a packageable object.
Object recognition for protective packaging control
The present disclosure relates generally to systems and methods for creating protective packaging. A device comprises a processor and a memory. The memory contains computer readable instructions that, when executed by the processor, cause the processor to receive, from an external sensor, data that is indicative of physical characteristics for an object to be packaged, determine a type of object to which the object to be packaged corresponds based on the physical characteristics, select one or more type of packaging elements for packaging the object based on the type of object, and cause a packaging machine to create packaging elements of the selected type.
Packing of polycrystalline silicon
A method for packing polycrystalline silicon in the form of fragments or round rods, wherein at least one film in each case is inserted into a cuboidal cardboard box matched to the dimensions of the polycrystalline silicon to be packed, the polycrystalline silicon is introduced into the at least one film, the at least one film of thickness 10 to 1000 m subsequently being welded and enclosing the polycrystalline silicon, and this at least one film being surrounded by a further film having a reinforcing structure or by a shaping element.
Pill Cushion
A device for organizing and securing a plurality of pill bottles includes a container with an insert having cutout for receiving pill bottles. Some embodiments have a lid or closure. In some preferred embodiments, the pill bottles are received in the cutouts of the insert in a friction fit so that the pill bottles are held securely in place. In some embodiments the lid may be provided with a key or combination lock to prevent unauthorized access to the medication.
CUSHIONING DEVICE, DISPLAY SCREEN STORAGE DEVICE, AND DISPLAY SCREEN STORAGE BOX
The present application provides a cushioning device, a display screen storage device, and a display screen storage box. The cushioning device includes a cushioning block body and a cushioning pad. One side of the cushioning block body defines a holding groove configured for holding and supporting a display screen, and an inner surface of the holding groove is an arcuate surface. A shape of the cushioning pad corresponds to a shape of the arcuate surface. The extrados is fixedly connected with the arcuate surface.
MIXING MACHINE FOR PRODUCING FOAM WITHIN A BAG
A machine produces foam-in-bag from foam precursors mixed within the bag. The machine comprises a base and a shell. The base and shell are moveable relative each other between a base/shell disengaged position and a base/shell engaged position. In the base/shell engaged position, the base and shell divide the bag so that a mixing chamber is isolated from the remainder portion of the bag. First and second nozzles inject foam precursors into the mixing chamber. A mixer engages the mixing chamber to provide mixing energy to facilitate the foam reaction.
THERMAL INSULATION DUNNAGE PRODUCT
A method for making an insulating dunnage product includes the steps of (a) permanently deforming at least one non-planar interior layer that includes a paper sheet to form a plurality of air pockets; (b) surrounding the at least one interior layer on all four sides and over the top and bottom sides of the at least one interior layer with at least one outer layer of sheet material; and (c) peripherally sealing the at least one outer layer to capture the at least one interior layer therein such that the interior layer has major portions that are free to shift relative to adjacent portions of the at least one outer layer.
RUGGEDIZED ENCLOSURE FOR DATA STORAGE DEVICE
The embodiments provide a rugged enclosure for an external drive. The enclosure is configured to provide shock protection and protect the external drive from contaminants. The enclosure may be provided with a set of cushions and spacers to accommodate different sizes and types of external drives. In addition, the enclosure may comprise a port that allows for use of the external drive while enclosed. Furthermore, the enclosure may comprise a retaining feature like a loop or lanyard that allows the enclosure to be easily transported and secured.
Glass substrate package
Provided is a glass substrate package (1), including a plurality of disc-shaped glass substrates (2) packaged in a box (3), in which the plurality of disc-shaped glass substrates (2) are stacked and packaged in a horizontal posture under a state in which slip sheets (4) are interposed between the plurality of disc-shaped glass substrates (2).
TRADING CARD COLLECTIBLE STORAGE AND DISPLAY CASE
A case for storage and display of collectibles includes a base section; a lid section having a display window, the lid section coupled with and moveable relative to the bottom section to allow the case to transition between a closed position and an open position to access an interior space within the case; padding contained within the interior space, the interior space padding having a plurality of first recesses, each of the plurality of first recesses configured to hold a plurality of collectibles; padding contained within the top section, the top section padding having a plurality of second recesses, each second recess configured to hold a single collectible for display to a user through the display window, and allow for release of the single collectible from the second recess by depression of a portion of the single collectible into the second recess.
