Packaging box for cooling
Provided is a folding packaging cooler box convertible from a box mode to an unfolding mode or vice versa, comprising: a box portion having a bottom portion, sidewall portions and joint portions configured to connect with one another and to form a single plane in the unfolding mode; and a cooling reinforcing portion configured to be inserted to the inside of the box and to form a hexahedron shape together with said box portion when said box portion is converted into the box mode, wherein said cooling reinforcing portion comprises a reinforcing bottom portion configured to form a lower surface and to face the bottom portion of the said box portion upon conversion into the box mode; reinforcing sidewall portions configured to connect with the said reinforcing bottom portion and to face the sidewall portions of said box portion; and reinforcing joint portions configured to join said reinforcing sidewall portions, to be folded to face itself and to be in close contact with the reinforcing sidewall portions, upon conversion into the box mode, and wherein said reinforcing bottom portion, said reinforcing sidewall portions and reinforcing joint portions form a single plane in the unfolding mode.
System and apparatus for holding vials
An apparatus for holding one or more vials of a fluid that is to be protected, including an insulator housing that includes separate housing halves that, when joined together, form an internal space and a recess, a two piece carrier that is disposed within the recess formed by the separate housing halves, and a one piece vial rack supported by the two piece carrier. The one piece vial rack has a plurality of vial passages each for accommodating an elongated vial that contains a biological substance.
SSOFT-SIDED INSULATED CONTAINER WITH HARD-SIDED LINER
A soft-sided insulated container that has a rigid closure. The rigid closure has a first closure interface that is a passive friction fit in which one part wipes another. The rigid closure has a second closure interface that is an active closure in which a mechanical device, such as a latch or clamp, is used positively to energize a closure between different parts of the closure. The soft-sided insulated container has a soft-sided external casing, and a rigid internal liner that includes a mating rigid lid. There is a releasable securement that holds the liner in engagement with the casing, but that can be released to permit the casing to be extracted from the liner. The releasable securement is a one-way passively engageable securement.
Product transport containers
Product transport containers are disclosed. Such containers can provide one or more advantages compared to existing containers. For example, product transport containers described herein can maintain a product at a desired temperature for an extended period of time, including without the use of an active heating or cooling component. Such product transport containers described herein may also provide improved breathability, thermal insulation, and/or mechanical strength or dimensional stability. Such containers can include a plurality of walls defining an interior volume and a selectively openable side permitting movement of the product into and out of the interior volume of the container. The walls can be formed from a thermoformed non-woven fabric.
System and apparatus for holding vials
A system for holding a plurality of vials of a fluid that consists of a biological substance for the purpose of maintaining a predetermined temperature of the biological substance over a predetermined period of time. The system includes a two piece carrier in combination with a one piece vial rack supported by the two piece carrier. The one piece vial rack has a plurality of vial passages each for accommodating an elongated vial that contains the biological substance.
Container and lid
An insulated container having a canister can be sealed by a lid structure. The lid structure can be a multi-part insulated lid. The lid can include a vent configured to vent air from inside the canister. In addition, the container may be part of a container kit or container system where one or more inner containers, are nested and secured within the insulated container.
Transportation box
A transportation box (100) including a plurality of first phase change materials (16), a plurality of second phase change materials (20), a first box (18) adapted to enclose a payload box (10), a second box (22) and an outer box (14). The payload box (10) is embedded with the plurality of second phase change materials (20). Further, each of the plurality of first phase change materials (16) is placed above and below the payload box (10). The second box (22) is adapted to contain temperature sensitive products and is nestable within the payload box (10). The first box (18) is nestable within the outer box (14). The plurality of first phase change materials (16) and the plurality of second phase change materials (20) are arranged in a manner such that air in between controls heat flow into and within the first box (18).
INSERT HOLDER FOR A SHIPPING CARRIER
Insert container for a shipment carrier, which insert container comprises at least one side wall and a bottom, which enclose a receiving space which can be closed with a lid, the at least one side wall and/or the bottom having a multilayer wall structure comprising at least one layer of at least one vacuum insulation panel and at least one layer of a particle foam, such as in particular expanded polypropylene (EPP), and wherein the at least one layer of particle foam is formed at each point with a thickness in the range from 2 mm to 12 mm.
Multipack Beverage Container Insulation System
An insulation system for beverage containers comprising: an inner container surrounding a plurality of cylindrical beverage containers contained in an inner container; a handle included in an inner container top panel; an outer container having a cavity defined in the outer container for receiving the inner container; a pair of lateral spacers disposed lengthwise along corresponding inner upper corners of the out container; an airspace defined between an inner container side panel and an external container side panel having a polygon cross-section; and, a handle access opening centrally defined in an outer container top panel allowing access to the handle of the inner container so that the beverage containers, inner container and out container can be transported using the handle wherein the width of the handle access opening is about one third the length of the outer panel top opening.
