A cooler/lunch bag has a detachable liner, which is attached to the bag by engaging a row of round studs on the bag with a row of + shaped slits in the liner. After the liner is detached, it can be folded up, inverted and covered by its plastic base in a storage position. Such cooler/lunch bag can be thoroughly cleaned and is suitable for long-term use, in contrast to the cooler/lunch bags with fixed liners, which become disposable when soiled.
PACKAGING PRODUCT WITH THERMAL AND MECHANICAL INSULATION FEATURES
A packaging product taking the form of a thermally insulating packaging material includes a first multi-layer film bonded to a second layer of multi-layer film. Each multi-layer film can include one or more polymer layers and one or more metallized layers. The multi-layer films are bonded to each other with a pattern that leaves a number of inflatable cells dispersed across a surface of the sheet. At least one end of the sheet can be left unbonded. The uninflated packaging product can be stored and distributed in its uninflated state prior to it being used as a packaging material. Once ready for use, the cells can be inflated through the unbonded ends and the unbonded ends of the sheets can then be sealed to form a robust sheet of thermally insulating packaging material.
WRAP FOR HARD-SIDED INSULATED CONTAINER AND METHOD
A hard-sided insulated container that has a rigid molded body. It has a latching and seal mechanism. The container assembly has an external wrap that extends around a portion of the girth of the container assembly. The external wrap is insulated. The external wrap provides a mounting datum for auxiliary features. The wrap is mounted to the molded container by non-invasive means. That is, the mounting of the wrap is done without puncturing or creating a penetration through the molded plastic body of the container. In one version the latch anchor posts provide mounting points. In another version there are molded corner posts, with a diagonal mounting passageway at the corners to receive suspender loops of the wrap. The wrap may have a deviated form to accommodate such a feature as a drain.

An insulative packaging for cold chain marketplace. The insulative packaging includes a base unit, a wall unit, and a top unit, which together form an enclosure. Each of the base unit, the wall unit, and the top unit has an inflatable liner, one or more insulative sheets, and a radiant barrier. The inflatable liner can be folded and the one or more insulative sheets can be sandwiched between the two folds of the inflatable liner. An article to be protected can be placed within the enclosure and insulative packaging can provide 360-degree insulation and protection.
