CONTAINER AND PROCESS OF MAKING THE SAME
A container has a compartment of sheet material defining an inner volume configured for housing a product, the compartment extending between a first and second longitudinal end portions along a longitudinal development direction of the compartment. The compartment having a predetermined number of lateral walls defining: at least one first passage opening arranged at the first longitudinal end portion of the compartment, one second passage opening arranged at the second longitudinal end portion of the compartment. The container includes at least one occluding system engaged at the second passage opening and configured for irreversibly closing the second passage opening. The disclosure also relates a process of making the container.
PACKAGE AND ASSOCIATED CONTAINER, PROCESS FOR MAKING SAID PACKAGE AND SAID CONTAINER
A package comprising a container exhibiting: a compartment having a passage opening delimited by a free edge, a closure system engaged at the free edge and movable with respect to the compartment between a closure condition and an open condition of the container. The package comprises a wrapping housed at least partially inside the compartment; the wrapping is configurable between a first operative position wherein the wrapping is completely housed in the compartment of the container and a second operative position wherein part of the wrapping is arranged outside the inner volume of the compartment: the wrapping, in the second operative position, exhibiting at least one portion housed in the inner volume of the compartment. The container comprises a stop element placed inside the compartment, emerging, from at least one lateral wall of the compartment, inside this latter in order to define a projection. The wrapping comprises at least one abutment element configured for abutting against the stop element of the container, for preventing the wrapping from being completely extracted from the container.
Child-Resistant and Senior-Friendly Eco-Friendly Pill Dispenser Blister Package
A blister and package system made of a blister card and an outer package with unique interacting locking mechanisms. The blister card or strip is inserted into the outer package or sleeve and locks immediately without having to further process the outer package or the blister card or strip. The user is able to expose the blisters from the outer package by disengaging the lock. The blister card or strip includes a formable, pliable sheet material, into which one or more individual cavities or blisters are formed. The separated cavities are loaded with product and sealed with one or more layers of puncturable or tearable sheet material, such as aluminum foil. The blister card or strip contains a plastic rivet assembly that forms an interference mechanism. The rivet is trapped by an internally formed panel and stopped by a catch flap included in the outer package.
High efficiency automated pharmaceutical dispenser
A system, method and corresponding apparatus are provided for packaging, storing, tracking, and dispensing pharmaceuticals in unit doses in a highly efficient manner. In particular, a method of packaging pharmaceuticals within a ribbon having a plurality of adjacent segments each containing a unit dose of a pharmaceutical and having associated data indicia for efficient and uniform transport, tracking, storage and dispensing is provided. Pharmaceuticals are loaded into an automated dispenser that is networked with computers for accepting prescriptions and dispensing pharmaceutical accordingly.
PACKAGING ASSEMBLY
A packaging assembly that includes a carton and an inner member. The carton includes a first flap located within an inner portion thereof. The inner member is configured to be received in the inner portion of the carton. The inner member has an extension that is configured to engage the first flap to restrict the inner member from being separated from the carton. The free end of the first flap includes a cutout.
MULTIDRUG PAIN MANAGEMENT PACKAGE
Disclosed herein is a multidrug pain management package to dispense two or more medicaments to treat pain comprising a primary n-polygon, and one or more concentric m-polygons, wherein each side of the n-polygon and m-polygons have at least n or m-medicament chambers capable of holding the two or more medicaments. Also disclosed herein is a multidrug pain management package comprising a disk, wherein the disk is divided into equally spaced regions, and wherein each region has chambers capable of holding medicaments. Also disclosed herein are single formulations to treat pain.
CARTON
A carton with a housing including an outer layer and an inner layer and a sliding container enclosable within the inner layer of the housing. The sliding container can be moved from a closed configuration wherein the sliding container is enclosed within the inner layer to an open configuration wherein at least a portion of the sliding container is outside the housing. The sliding container comprises an engagement means engagable with an aperture in the housing inner layer when in register with the aperture to hold the sliding container in the closed configuration. The outer layer of the housing comprises means for applying pressure in register with the aperture such that pressure applied in register with the aperture is exerted on the engagement means to thereby disengage the engagement means from the aperture to allow the sliding container to move from the closed to the open configuration.
Medication packaging and dispensing system
A medication packaging and dispensing system is provided. The system may include a plurality of medication booklets containing medication and a tray that is configured to retain the medication booklets. Each medication booklet may include a sequential tab assembly of pull tabs that aligns with a plurality of front cutouts and a plurality of back cutouts. This alignment configuration facilitates dispensing the medication from the medication booklet. The tray may include a riser that extends from a bottom wall of the tray at an oblique angle, and a first guide panel including a plurality of linear stops. The oblique angle may correspond to a pitch of the first guide panel. The riser and the plurality of linear stops may cooperate to maintain the medication booklets in a staggered configuration that is substantially parallel to the bottom wall of the tray. The system may further include a container for retaining the tray.
CHILD RESISTANT PACKAGING
Child resistant packaging for storing medicine or medicinal compositions that frustrates or prevents a child's attempts to access the contents while permitting an adult to easily open the packaging through a series of movements or steps in coordination or combination to readily access the contents. The child resistant packaging includes a housing component and an insert component that is configured to slideably interact with an interior space of the housing component between a locked configuration and an unlocked configuration.

Described herein is dispensing cup for use with medicaments, which dispensing cup in use allows for the patient to (self) administer an oral medicament (tablet or capsule) without the need to come into direct (skin) contact with such medicament.
