Rotatable beverage can cover
The Rotatable Beverage Can Cover (200) enables a beverage drinker of a stay-on-tab beverage can (100) to drink the beverage (600) without being subjected to unsanitary lid surface conditions . The Rotatable Beverage Can Cover (200) comprises a circular surface (210), a curved side wall (300) and a notch (500). The Rotatable Beverage Can Cover (200) is fastened to the stay-on-tab beverage can (100) and placed in its “sanitary protection” position so that: a) the Rotatable Beverage Can Cover (200) covers the drinking contact area (190) and b) the notch (500) on the Rotatable Beverage Can Cover (200) allows access to the pull tab area (195). The beverage drinker rotates the Rotatable Beverage Can Cover (200) to move the Rotatable Beverage Can Cover (200) from its “sanitary protection” position to its“drinking access” position so that: a) the circular surface (210) of the Rotatable Beverage Can Cover (200) covers the pull tab area (195): and b) the notch (500) allows access to the drinking contact area (190) and the scored opening (126).
SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR FRAMED LID
A package for retaining a food item includes a tray with a base connected to at least one sidewall. The sidewall extends away from the base to a rim to define an inner chamber. The tray is made of a fluid impermeable material to retain fluids in the inner chamber. The package also includes a shelf made of the fluid impermeable material that is removably supported in the inner chamber such that the shelf is spaced apart from the base of the tray to permit an absorbent pad to be positioned therebetween. The shelf is configured to support the food item in the inner chamber separated from the absorbent pad.
NOZZLE FOR AN ENEMA DEVICE, A PACKAGING INCLUDING THE NOZZLE, AND AN ENEMA DEVICE COMPRISING THE NOZZLE
Provided is an enema device comprising a funnel-shaped enema nozzle and a plastic tube. The funnel-shaped enema nozzle comprises a flared conical proximal part that tapers at a transition into a tubular distal part having an outlet opening opposite the transition. The plastic tube is made as an integral part of the funnel-shaped nozzle by using multi-component injection molding and extends at the transition of the tubular distal part into the flared conical proximal part. At least a part of an exterior annular wall of the tubular distal part has a hydrophilic coating.
Drum for Transporting and/or Storing Batteries and the Use of such a Drum
A drum for transporting and/or storing batteries, the drum having an internal storage space having a volume, and the drum being provided with a lid to close off the storage space The lid is provided with one or more openings for venting gas from the storage space to the atmosphere. One or more openings have a total surface area of at least 1.0 square centimeter per liter volume of the storage space. On an outside of the lid is at least one sheet of foil which covers a first group of two or more of said openings, in which the sheet of foil is connected to the lid completely around the first group of openings.
Child-resistant, resealable container
A container and method include a bowl having an interior for storing a substance, an openable lower lid for accessing the substance when the lower lid is in an open configuration, and an upper lid for retaining the substance within the interior of the bowl and the lower lid. The lower lid in the open configuration is replaceable and resealable using an adhesive to be in a closed configuration, with the substance sealed within the bowl. The bowl, the lower lid, and the upper lid are composed of a biodegradable or recyclable material. A ring is disposed under a lip of the bowl and engageable with the upper lid for establishing a child-resistant engagement between the upper lid and the bowl. An intermediate lid pushes against an engagement surface of the bowl for locking the upper lid and the ring together.
CONTAINER STRUCTURE WITH A BUILT-IN OPENING AND RECLOSING FEATURE
Containers are described that allow a consumer to see inside the container and to more easily access the products. One form of the container includes a base member with a lid defining a window. A flexible laminate with a peelable flap portion is attached to the lid to provide access to the products inside. The flexible laminate includes a first film layer laminated to a second film layer. The first film layer includes a first cut line defining a peelable flap portion and the second film layer includes a second cut line offset from the first cut line that defines an opening into the container. First and second reclose surfaces defined between the cut lines on the corresponding film layers include pressure-sensitive adhesive to allow the container to be re-sealed via movement of the peelable flap portion back into engagement with the flexible laminate remaining with the container.
Beverage container closure
A beverage container closure or lid that is adapted for closing an open end of a beverage container. The lid is selectively couplable to the beverage container and includes a selectively openable stopper that when closed, creates a fluid-tight seal between the beverage container and the environment. The stopper may be selectively opened by a user by the user pressing a button disposed on a side of the beverage container closure. The stopper is subsequently automatically closed when the user releases the button. Thus, a user may open and close the beverage container closure using a single hand without the need to remove the beverage container closure from the beverage container.
Nozzle for an enema device, a packaging including the nozzle, and an enema device comprising the nozzle
A funnel-shaped enema nozzle (1) that includes a flared proximal part (2) that tapers into a tubular distal part (3), has at least a part of an exterior annular wall (3a) of the tubular distal part (3) provided with a hydrophilic coating (4) to provide reduced friction during use of the nozzle (1) during performing an enema.
CONTAINER WITH INTERNAL GLASS RECEPTACLE AND METHOD FOR ASSEMBLING THE CONTAINER BY USING A SPACING AND LOCKING INSERT
The container for containing a product, typically cosmetic, has an internal receptacle mounted in an external covering receptacle, by using an adapter insert. The receptacles are made of glass and an attachment region is provided internally on the internal receptacle, near its annular upper end, in order to secure the latter to the insert. The insert is provided with an insertion portion received internally within the external receptacle, a first locking unit and second locking unit. The first locking unit, formed in an elastically deformable portion separated from the rest of the insertion portion by slots are opposing the rotation of the insert around the internal receptacle, while the second locking unit is opposing the rotation of the external receptacle around the insert by engaging on a neck of the external receptacle.
