GAS BARRIER LAMINATE AND PACKAGING MATERIAL
A gas barrier laminate including: a substrate layer which contains a polyolefin resin; a barrier layer; and an overcoat layer which contains a polyvinyl alcohol resin, the overcoat layer having a surface which has a surface hardness of 1.5 GPa or less, as measured by a nanoindentation method.
Coated Membranes and Methods of Making the Same
An exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure provides a membrane including a supporting base layer, which can be permeable, and a dual layer oxygen barrier film disposable over the supporting base layer. The supporting barrier film can include a polymeric or paper-based material. The dual layer oxygen barrier film can include a chitin material and a cellulosic material. The cellulosic material of the dual layer oxygen barrier film can be the same material as the permeable membrane or can be any other cellulosic material
GAS-BARRIER LAYERED BODY AND PACKAGING BODY
Provided is a gas barrier laminate including: a paper substrate; an anchor coat layer including a first polyolefin having a polar group; a vapor-deposited layer; and an overcoat layer including a second polyolefin having a polar group, in order.
GAS-BARRIER LAMINATE AND PACKAGING BAG
Provided is a gas barrier laminate including: a paper substrate; an anchor coat layer including a first polyolefin having a polar group; a vapor-deposited layer; and an overcoat layer including a second polyolefin having a polar group, in order, in which the gas barrier laminate includes a layer including a polyvinyl alcohol-based resin between the paper substrate and the anchor coat layer or between the anchor coat layer and the vapor-deposited layer.
Facilitating inter-system data transfer with serialized data objects
A computer server includes processor and memory hardware. The processor hardware executes instructions including parsing a hypertext transfer protocol (HTTP) request from a first user agent to identify a first data object matching a set of characteristics and generating a new data element based on the HTTP request. The instructions include, in response to the first data object being present: extracting a first set of serialized data elements and serializing them with the new data element to generate a second data object. The instructions include, in response to the first data object being absent and a user associated with the first user agent being identifiable: determining a second set of serialized data elements based on an identity of the user, and serializing them with the new data element to generate the second data object. The instructions include transmitting an HTTP response including the second data object.
LAMINATE AND FOOD PACKAGING MATERIAL
A laminate includes a paper substrate, an anchor coat layer disposed at a one-surface side of the paper substrate, and a barrier coat layer disposed at a one-surface side of the anchor coat layer. The paper substrate has a density of 0.72 g/cm.sup.3 or more. The barrier coat layer contains a gas barrier polyurethane resin.
AGRICULTURAL PRODUCT PACKAGING MATERIAL AND METHOD FOR AGRICULTURAL PRODUCT PACKAGING MATERIAL PRODUCTION
The present invention relates to a material for packaging agricultural products, such as cotton, particularly in the form of cylindrical bales, by using automated agricultural machines and equipment of the self-powered baler type. More particularly, the present invention relates to a packaging material that comprises a single continuous film (1) composed of a plurality of packaging portions (2), which can be detached from one another via a break line (3), said packaging portion (2) being divided into an initial portion (2a) and a final portion (2b), and this latter portion is provided, on one of the surfaces thereof, with a layer of adhesive of non-permanent type 4. In parallel, the present invention also relates to a method for producing this agricultural product packaging material.
BARRIER PAPER OR BOARD
A process for improving the barrier properties of a barrier layer in a pulp-based substrate layer having a barrier layer, comprising the steps of providing a pulp-based substrate layer having a layer of an aqueous barrier composition applied to it, and then drying the pulp-based substrate layer having a layer of aqueous barrier composition applied to it to form a pulp-based substrate layer having a barrier layer, such that the moisture content of the pulp-based substrate layer having a barrier layer is below 2.5% by weight, preferably below 2% by weight, based on the weight of the pulp-based substrate layer having a barrier layer.
PACKAGING WITH PAPER MATERIAL
A packaging unit comprises at least one first piece of packaging material, wherein the first piece of packaging material has a coated paper, which has a base paper and at least three coatings applied one on top of the other on the base paper. The at least three coatings have in a sequence in which they are given, starting from the base paper, a first barrier layer, comprising at least one hydrophobic polymer, a second barrier layer, comprising at least one hydrophilic polymer, and a third barrier layer, comprising at least one hydrophobic polymer. Furthermore, the packaging is closed in a gas-tight manner.
LAMINATED FILM AND PACKAGING MATERIAL
The invention provides a laminated film that comprises a coating layer comprising an inorganic lamellar compound and a polyvinyl-alcohol-based copolymer on at least one face of a substrate film, wherein (a) the substrate film is a stretched film employing propylenic resin; (b) the coating layer is attached thereto in an amount that is not less than 0.10 g/m.sup.2 but not greater than 0.50 g/m.sup.2; (c) a total reflection infrared absorption spectrum of the laminated film is such that a ratio (P1/P2) of a peak intensity (P1) at which there is maximum absorption in a 1040 cm.sup.-1 ± 10 cm.sup.-1 domain and a peak intensity (P2) at which there is maximum absorption in a 3300 cm.sup.-1 ± 10 cm.sup.-1 domain is 3.0 to 25.0; and (d) arithmetic mean roughness in a 2-.Math.m square of the coating layer at the laminated film is 2.0 nm to 8.0 nm.
