The outer surface includes a slot component affixed to a second side disposed opposite the first side, the slot component housing a theme card. A hollow inner shell is disposed inside the outer surface where the inner shell houses a clear fluid, an ornament affixed to the bottom portion, and a plurality of particles. A second transparent viewing window is affixed to an inside portion of the hollow inner shell at the second side such that a user may view a front of the theme card through the first transparent viewing window and a back of the theme card through the second transparent viewing window.
