AUXILIARY POWER SYSTEM FOR ELECTRIC REFUSE VEHICLE
A refuse vehicle including a chassis a body assembly coupled to the chassis, the body assembly defining a refuse compartment, an electric energy system, and an auxiliary power system comprising a reservoir to hold a hydraulic fluid, and a hydraulic pump powered by an electric motor, wherein the hydraulic pump pressurizes the hydraulic fluid to power one or more actuators, and wherein at least one of the electric energy system or the auxiliary power system is configured to provide power to a carry can.
FRONT LIFT ASSEMBLY FOR ELECTRIC REFUSE VEHICLE
A refuse vehicle includes a chassis, a body assembly coupled to the chassis where the body assembly defines a refuse compartment, and a lift assembly pivotably coupled to the body assembly. The lift assembly includes a first lift arm, a second lift arm, a pin having a first end coupled to the first lift arm and an opposing second end coupled to the second lift arm, a pair of forks pivotably coupled to the first lift arm and the second lift arm, an electric lift actuator coupled to the pin, and an electric fork actuator coupled to the pair of forks. The electric lift actuator is configured to rotate the pin to lift the first lift arm and the second lift arm. The electric fork actuator is configured to pivot the pair of forks relative to the first lift arm and the second lift arm.

REFUSE VEHICLE BODY ASSEMBLY
A refuse body assembly includes a body, a bracket, and a valve assembly. The body defines a compartment. The body includes a bottom wall defining a horizontal plane and a front wall defining a vertical plane. The bracket has an arm that is coupled to and extends rearward from the front wall into the compartment at an angle such that the arm is neither parallel with the horizontal plane nor parallel with the vertical plane. The valve assembly is coupled to the bracket.
REFUSE VEHICLE WITH SELF-CONTAINED BODY
A refuse vehicle that includes a chassis and a body assembly. The body assembly is removably coupled with the chassis. The body assembly includes a hydraulic system and an electrical system. The hydraulic system includes a hydraulic pump and a reservoir, the hydraulic pump and the reservoir coupled with the body assembly. The electrical system includes a controller coupled with the body assembly. The body assembly is configured to be removed from the chassis without requiring decoupling of the hydraulic pump or the reservoir from the body assembly, and without requiring decoupling of the controller from the body assembly.

PUMP CONTROL SYSTEM FOR A REFUSE VEHICLE
A refuse vehicle includes a chassis, a body, a lift system, and a controller. The lift system includes a lift arm actuator, a pump, and an electric motor. The pump is configured to power the lift arm actuator and is driven by the electric motor. The controller is configured to receive a user input that specifies a position of the lift arm actuator within a movement range, determine a flow demand required to move the lift arm actuator to the position, determine a motor speed that satisfies the flow demand, and communicate the motor speed to the electric motor.

HYDRAULIC SYSTEM FOR REFUSE VEHICLES
A refuse vehicle includes a chassis, a body, and a hydraulic system. The body is coupled with the chassis and includes a first frame rail and a second frame rail. The hydraulic system includes a pump, a hydraulic cylinder, and a hydraulic line. The pump is configured to pressurize a fluid. The hydraulic cylinder is configured to receive the fluid and extend or retract. The hydraulic line is configured to fluidly couple with an outlet of the pump and an inlet of the hydraulic cylinder. The hydraulic line is configured to extend laterally through the first frame rail by fluidly coupling with a connector that extends through an opening in the first frame rail. A portion of the hydraulic line extends in a longitudinal direction between the first frame rail and the second frame rail from the connector to the hydraulic cylinder.
