Collar member for spinning reel

A collar member is used for a spinning reel. The spinning reel has a reel body, a spool shaft that moves in a front-back direction with respect to the reel body, a pinion gear that rotates around the spool shaft, a rotor nut that rotates integrally with the pinion gear, and a bearing that is disposed between the spool shaft and the rotor nut in a radial direction and rotatably supports the rotor nut. The collar member is disposed between the spool shaft and the bearing in the radial direction. The collar member is formed by a resin material that has a linear expansion coefficient of 1010.sup.6 (1/ C.) or more and 5010.sup.6 (1/ C.) or less.

A fishing reel includes a reel body, a drive shaft, a handle, a one-way clutch, and a seal mechanism. The drive shaft is rotatably supported by the reel body. The handle includes a handle arm extending in a direction intersecting the drive shaft, and a handle-side accommodating part in which the drive shaft is partially accommodated. The one-way clutch is disposed in the handle-side accommodating part and transmits only rotation of the handle in the fishing line winding direction to the drive shaft. The seal mechanism prevents water from entering the handle-side accommodating part from the outside.

One hand fishing reel systems and methods for manufacturing thereof

A one hand spinning reel system includes a fixed spool and a bail coupled to a trigger switch for opening and optionally closing the bail, and a solid spindle coupled to a motor that is controlled by a motor switch. When the one hand spinning reel system is affixed to a fishing rod, the trigger switch and the motor switch can be operated, and the fishing line can be controlled, using the same hand used to hold the fishing rod and to cast the fishing line.
