ATTACHMENT PLATE FOR ALL-STEEL RECIPROCATING FLOOR SLAT SYSTEM
A roll-formed steel slat for use in a reciprocating floor slat conveyor system. The roll-formed steel slat is formed in a manner so as to have an upper, load-carrying surface, and a pair of downwardly depending side legs. Each side leg terminates in a foot. One foot is vertically offset from the other to provide a hold-down function that prevents the slat from vertically rising as the slat reciprocates back-and-forth.
All-Steel Reciprocating Floor Slat System
A roll-formed steel slat for use in a reciprocating floor slat conveyor system. The roll-formed steel slat is formed in a manner so as to have an upper, load-carrying surface, and a pair of downwardly depending side legs. Each side leg terminates in a foot. One foot is vertically offset from the other to provide a hold-down function that prevents the slat from vertically rising as the slat reciprocates back-and-forth.
Raised reciprocating slat-type conveyor with floor pan
A reciprocating slat conveyor, as described herein, includes a floor pan (having a bottom and sidewalls) for at least substantially lining the storage container. The reciprocating conveyor also includes a plurality of slat and beam assemblies (that may be bearinged or bearingless) laterally spaced and substantially parallel to each other on the bottom of the floor pan. Slat and beam assemblies may be positioned on the sidewalls. The floor pan may have an at least generally planar bottom or an at least generally arcuate bottom.
All-Aluminum Cross-Drive For Reciprocating Floor Slat Conveyor
An all-aluminum cross-drive member for a drive unit assembly that is used to reciprocate floor slats back and forth in a conveyor system, The cross-drive member is extruded or milled from a single piece of aluminum, One side of the member carries connecting pieces for linking the member to floor slats, with the member driving the floor slats back and forth as the member is likewise moved lengthwise in back and forth movement, The other side of the member has stiffening ribs that extend lengthwise for giving the member sufficient stiffness to carry loading forces in lieu of the steel cross-drives used in the past.

Wheel based reciprocating slats conveyor system
In a walking floor conveyor, an arrangement of panels lined longitudinally in a side-by-side fashion are organized into at least two correlating groups of panels. At least two panels within each group. Each panel grouping is propelled and retracted in a reciprocating manner, each by a hydraulic cylinder. The panels comprising wheel receptacles underneath the panels and at least one wheel fitted within a wheel receptacle to allow for forward and backward movement along a wheel support beam. These reciprocating panels supported by a series of wheel support beams, interior support beams and side support beams. These side support beams are at their tallest in the back and shortest in the front to provide a slant allowing for a flow of cargo and liquid runoff captured within a plurality of panel drains located between the panels towards a frontally placed auger designed for the assistance of cargo discharge.

FRICTION CONVEYING SYSTEM
Disclosed is a friction conveying system, comprising a friction driving unit, a clamping unit and a friction driving component, wherein the friction driving unit comprises a rotation driving component, a first connecting rod, a second connecting rod, at least one first rollers arranged on the first connecting rod, and at least one second rollers arranged on the second connecting rod, the clamping unit comprises a clamping driving component by which the first connecting rod and the second connecting rod are moved towards each other to cause the first rollers and the second rollers to clamp the friction driving component, the first rollers and/or the second rollers are drivable by the rotation driving component to rotate, causing the friction driving component clamped between the first rollers and the second rollers to move by means of frictional force. According to the invention, the rollers are used to drive the friction driving component to move at a high speed by means of frictional force, providing high-speed conveyance at lower cost. The present invention has the advantages of lower cost, reliable performance, and convenient mounting, satisfying the conveying requirements of industrial automatic production line
INTERLOCKING FLOATING SLAT FLOOR SYSTEM
A conveyer system mountable to an installation floor defined by a conveyance path has a plurality of stationary subdecks mounted to the installation floor and extending along the conveyance path. A plurality of elongate floor slats extend along the conveyance path, with each elongate floor slats being in interlocked sliding engagement with a respective one of the stationary subdecks. A plurality of floating inner slat side seals extend along the conveyance path, and are disposed between, and in interlocked sliding engagement with adjacent ones of the elongate floor slats. Outer slat side seals extend along the conveyance path and abutting against outermost ones of the plurality of elongate floor slats, with the outer slat slide seal being mounted to a sidewall of the installation floor.
Switching valve control system
A switching valve module which is part of a switching valve control system for use with reciprocating slat-type conveyors is disclosed herein. Disclosed herein is a switching valve module that includes an inner control valve and an outer control valve. A spool is positioned within the inner control valve and a spool positioned within the outer control valve. Movement of each the spool creates both a spool-type seal and a poppet-type seal between the spool and the respective control valve.
