FISHING SPINNING REEL
A fishing spinning reel according to the present disclosure has a drive shaft that is rotationally driven by a rotation operation of a handle rotatably supported on a reel body, a one-way clutch that is disposed on the drive shaft and has an inner ring, an outer ring, and a holder holding a plurality of rolling members, and a cylindrical portion that is provided on the reel body and accommodates the one-way clutch. The outer ring is provided with a stopper protruding radially outward, and a circumferential wall of the cylindrical portion is provided with a notch portion penetrating the circumferential wall in a radial direction. The stopper of the outer ring is disposed in the notch portion so as to be exposed in the radial direction and the outer ring is fixed to be prevented from rotating.
Axial pinion seal
A fishing reel includes a lipped seal in the axial direction of the pinion of the fishing reel. An axial seal, rather than radial seal, provides a contact seal that relies less on manufacturing consistencies of the parts within the fishing reel.
Roller clutch for fishing reel
A roller clutch for a fishing reel includes an outer ring, an inner ring, a roller, and a torsion spring. The roller is capable of moving between a transmitting position for transmitting power between the outer ring and the inner ring and a non-transmitting position for canceling the transmission of the power. The torsion spring biases the roller toward one of the transmitting position and the non-transmitting position. The torsion spring has a coil portion and a first arm portion extending from the coil portion. The first arm portion has a pressing portion. The pressing portion extends in a direction orthogonal to the axial direction of the roller and comes into contact with the roller.
ELECTRIC REEL
An electric reel according to one embodiment of the present disclosure comprises: a spool around which a fishing line is wound; a motor having a motor shaft and driven for rotating the spool; a one-way clutch provided for preventing reverse rotation of the motor; a motor shaft fixing member fixed to the motor shaft; and a one-way clutch shaft member fitted into the one-way clutch. The electric reel is configured such that rotation of the motor is transmitted to the one-way clutch through the motor shaft fixing member and the one-way clutch shaft member.
FISHING REEL AND ONE-WAY CLUTCH
A one-way clutch that allows rotation of a rotation drive shaft in one direction and prevents rotation in the other direction is incorporated in a fishing reel. The one-way clutch has an assembly structure comprising an inner ring, an outer ring, a first holder comprising a holding portion holding a biasing spring for biasing a plurality of rolling members, and a second holder attached to the first holder so as to hold the outer ring in an axial direction. The reel body is provided with a regulation portion that regulates the movement of the one-way clutch in a rotation direction. The first holder and the outer ring are respectively provided with stoppers protruding radially outward. The movement of the one-way clutch in the rotation direction is regulated by the regulation portion and each stopper.
ONE-WAY CLUTCH AND FISHING REEL
A one-way clutch of the present disclosure comprises an inner ring, an outer ring, and a holder comprising a holding portion holding a biasing spring for biasing a plurality of rolling members. The holder comprises a first holder provided with the holding portion, and a second holder attached to the first holder so as to hold the outer ring in an axial direction. The first holder and the second holder are integrated by an engagement fixing portion provided on a radially inner side of an inner circumferential contour of the outer ring.
Anti-reverse device for fishing spinning reel and fishing spinning reel having the same
The present invention is to provide an anti-reverse device for a fishing spinning reel having a reduced size and weight. A fishing spinning reel includes a switching moving body movably provided on a reel body and configured to switch a drive body between a reverse-rotation inhibited state and a reverse-rotation allowed state, the drive body being driven through a handle operation, and a switching retention section for restricting movement of the switching moving body so as to retain the reverse-rotation inhibited state or the reverse-rotation allowed state. The switching retention section includes a moving body provided in the reel body and an engagement retention portion provided in the switching moving body. The moving body and the engagement retention portion are arranged in a rotation axis direction of the drive body so as to be opposed to each other, and the moving body is constantly biased toward the engagement retention portion.
ROLLER CLUTCH FOR FISHING REEL
A roller clutch for a fishing reel includes an outer ring, an inner ring, a roller, and a torsion spring. The roller is capable of moving between a transmitting position for transmitting power between the outer ring and the inner ring and a non-transmitting position for canceling the transmission of the power. The torsion spring biases the roller toward one of the transmitting position and the non-transmitting position. The torsion spring has a coil portion and a first arm portion extending from the coil portion. The first arm portion has a pressing portion. The pressing portion extends in a direction orthogonal to the axial direction of the roller and comes into contact with the roller.
ANTI-REVERSE DEVICE FOR FISHING SPINNING REEL AND FISHING SPINNING REEL HAVING THE SAME
The present invention is to provide an anti-reverse device for a fishing spinning reel having a reduced size and weight. A fishing spinning reel includes a switching moving body movably provided on a reel body and configured to switch a drive body between a reverse-rotation inhibited state and a reverse-rotation allowed state, the drive body being driven through a handle operation, and a switching retention section for restricting movement of the switching moving body so as to retain the reverse-rotation inhibited state or the reverse-rotation allowed state. The switching retention section includes a moving body provided in the reel body and an engagement retention portion provided in the switching moving body. The moving body and the engagement retention portion are arranged in a rotation axis direction of the drive body so as to be opposed to each other, and the moving body is constantly biased toward the engagement retention portion.

A spinning reel for fishing includes: a reel body including a front portion; a handle provided in the reel body; a cap-shaped cover body including a surrounding wall mounted in the front portion of the reel body; a spool on which a fishing line is to be wound; a rotor including a fishing line guide part, the rotor being rotated by the rotational manipulation of the handle to wind the fishing line on the spool; a driving part passing through the cover body and transmitting the rotation of the handle to the rotor; a support part provided in the front portion of the reel body and supporting the driving part; and a magnetic seal device mounted in the cover body and including a magnet, a cylindrical magnetic body forming a magnetic circuit between the magnetic body and the magnet and magnetic fluid maintained between the magnet and the magnetic ring.
