AN APPARATUS FOR TRANSFER OF PHARMACEUTICAL ARTICLES FROM A COUNTING MACHINE TO INTERNALLY OF CONTINUOUSLY ADVANCING CONTAINERS
An apparatus for transferring pharmaceutical articles from a counting machine to containers advancing along a conveyor line comprises a first series of tubular elements and at least one second series of tubular elements able to receive the pharmaceutical articles internally thereof. The apparatus comprises a first looped movement organ for moving the first tubular elements and at least one independently activatable second looped movement organ for moving the second tubular elements both, a stepped fashion and continuously, and each defining a looped movement pathway for the tubular elements comprising a first straight path portion below the counting machine so that the tubular elements can be halted for receiving therefrom the counted articles, and a second straight path portion above the conveyor line, so that the tubular elements can be moved at the same velocity above the containers and release the articles therein.
TRANSPORT SECTION, METHOD FOR ADJUSTING AND/OR READJUSTING AT LEAST ONE TRANSPORT TRACK WITHIN A TRANSPORT SECTION, AND PACKAGING FACILITY
The invention relates to device, method and packaging facility having a transport section (17) for feeding article arrangements (5) in a transport direction (TR) to a packaging module (18). The transport section (17) comprises a transfer plate (15), on which the articles (2) of the article arrangements (5) are movable in a sliding manner. Located above the transfer plate (15) are pushing devices (16) for moving the articles (2) on the transfer plate (15), with the pushing devices (16) being movable in transport direction (TR) at least in some areas. The transport section (17) furthermore comprises outer guide elements (20) and inner guide elements (21) disposed on the transfer plate (15), with the outer guide elements (20) laterally delimiting the transport section (17) and, with the inner guide elements (21) being readjustable by at least one readjustment mechanism that is disposed at least partly below the transfer plate (15).
APPARATUS FOR RECEIVING AND TRANSPORTING A STREAM OF EGGS
This invention relates to an apparatus for receiving and transporting a stream of eggs, comprising, a conveyor for transporting eggs in a transport direction T, a releasing device connected with the conveyor, for releasing predetermined eggs away from the conveyor, separately, downwardly out of the stream, a guide for receiving and taking over such an egg from the releasing device and guiding it to an egg processing apparatus, and two driven star wheels placed substantially close to each other, with shafts perpendicular to T, and with opposite directions of rotation of the shafts, while upon rotation their blades along a part of the rotation path are placed over each other and transport the eggs substantially cupwise downwardly. In a suitable manner, with this apparatus, for example intact but dirty eggs can be released from a sorting stream and be received for further handling or processing.
Method and device for conveying piece products
A method and a device are created according to the invention for conveying piece products on one or several tracks, which are arranged side by side and substantially parallel to one another, in such a manner that the products are conveyed further having been separated out from a product stream into singles on each of the tracks and then aligned at uniform spacings and/or in groups. In this case, the products are first of all fed on each track as a single-row product stream on a first conveying device at a first speed. The products are then transferred to a second conveying device, which is arranged in the conveying direction of the products behind the first conveying device and receives the products and conveys them further at a second speed which is faster than the first speed, wherein the respectively frontmost product in the product stream is accelerated when being transferred from the first conveying device to the second conveying device and, as a result, by a gap being formed in the conveying direction, is separated off from the product stream. Finally, the separated products are aligned at exactly the precise moment in time and space in the conveying direction on the second conveying device by means of an entrainment device, wherein the entrainment device cooperates with the separated product and is moved forward in the conveying direction at a speed which is proportionate to the second speed in such a manner that the entrainment device brakes the separated product or conveys it further at the second speed or accelerates it.
CONVEYOR TRANSFER ASSEMBLY
A conveyor system with a pop-up transfer assembly for transferring articles off the end of conveyor belt having protrusions extending above the belt's outer conveying surface. The transfer assembly is cantilevered over the reversing path of the conveyor belt from a pivot. When a protrusion from the belt hits the transfer assembly, the transfer assembly pivots away from the belt about the pivot. When the protrusion is clear, the transfer assembly drops, by gravity, back to its home position proximate the belt. A bilateral transfer assembly is cantilevered in opposite directions to transfer articles off the end of one conveyor belt onto another conveyor belt that may or may not have protrusions. The transfer assembly can have powered driving surfaces to aid the transfer of articles.
Variable slot conveyor in final segment of delivery
An item delivery system can include a conveyor. The conveyor can be positioned in a delivery vehicle, for example. The conveyor can include a conveyance surface for receiving items and dividers. While remaining coupled with the conveyance surface, the dividers can move between a storage configuration and an operating configuration. In the operating configuration, the dividers can be positioned between the items. The conveyor can move the items to a position for removal. The removal position may correspond to an area accessible from an operator area of the delivery vehicle, for example.
Insert feed unit as well as a method for its operation
In order to keep the overall length of an insertion feed unit small despite high variability, a vertical paternoster buffer is used as a buffer therein.
CHAIN CONVEYOR WITH FREE-ROTATING ROLLERS AND RETRACTABLE FLIGHTS
The present invention relates to an endless conveyor for transporting products, for example packaging units, along a transport path in a transport direction T, wherein the conveyor comprises: freely rotating supporting rollers (2) which extend substantially perpendicular to the transport direction, which are connected at both ends to conveyor elements (3), and which form an endless transport surface, and flights (4), connected to the conveyor at well-defined positions, which with a control are movable to and away from a carrying position above the transport surface, wherein, after such carrying position has been taken up, a product present on the transport surface is carried along in the transport direction T, wherein the flights comprise strip-shaped thresholds (41) which, from a rest position below at least the transport surface, can be moved up between the rollers to the carrying position. Suitable to carry and buffer along products over an incline and thus transport them.
Device and method for distributing and grouping containers
A device for distributing and grouping containers in a container treatment assembly, including an infeed conveyor which is configured to convey a plurality of containers in a single-lane infeed flow; an outfeed conveyor which is configured to convey the containers away in multiple lanes; and a transfer conveyor associated with the infeed and the outfeed conveyor and having a plurality of circulating guide elements for the containers; where the transfer conveyor is adapted to separate the containers in a standing position by way of the circulating guide elements from the single-lane infeed flow to the multi-lane outfeed flow by selective guiding, in particular, by pushing them forward and/or decelerating them.
Systems and methods for orienting packages
A system for grouping and rotating packages (101) includes a first conveyor (102) configured to drive a stream of packages from a first end (102A) to a second end (102B) at a predefined first speed, an actuation section (104) situated at the second end (102B) of the first conveyor (102) configured to receive the stream of packages from the first conveyor (102) and actuate the stream of packages to an orienting section (108) at a predefined second speed, wherein the second speed is less than the first speed, and a plurality of lugs (106) adjacent to the actuation section (104) configured to actuate forward packages in the stream of packages forming groups (105) of two or more packages (101).
