TOOL FOR SECURING AND TURNING OVER FOR ASSEMBLING PHOTOVOLTAIC SOLAR TRACKER SECTIONS, SYSTEM AND ASSOCIATED ASSEMBLY METHOD
The present invention relates to a tool for mounting, rotating and loading sections of solar trackers on autonomous transportation means in order to transport them to the specific location of said solar trackers in the field, wherein the fastening and rotating tool for mounting sections of photovoltaic solar trackers makes the pre-assembly, transportation and installation of the solar tracker section possible, reducing the mounting time of each operation. The invention also relates to an associated system and method that makes use of the fastening and rotating tool for mounting sections of photovoltaic solar trackers.
Apparatus For Carrying Substrate By Off-line Vacuum Suction And Method For Transporting Substrate
Embodiments of the present application provide an apparatus for carrying a substrate by an off-line vacuum suction and a method for transporting a substrate. The apparatus includes a carrying frame provided with a clamper, a vacuum suction device and a detaching device arranged on the carrying frame, wherein the vacuum suction device is arranged to suck and fix a substrate and is connectable to and detachable from a vacuum pipeline and the detaching device is arranged to detach the vacuum suction device and the vacuum pipeline from each other while keeping the vacuum suction device to continuously suck the substrate to be transported. The apparatus and the method can improve fixing of the substrate and achieve off-line suction to the substrate.
APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR CUTTING A GLASS SHEET
A method of cutting a glass sheet is disclosed. The method comprises heating a heating element to a heat temperature, which in turn heats a glass sheet along a desired cutting line, to a separation temperature. The glass sheet is subjected to non-destructive pressure at an edge on the cutting line. The non-destructive pressure may be applied by a tool with opposed sharp edges so long as the edges do not nick or otherwise score the glass sheet. A diagonal cutter may be utilized as the sharp-edged tool. After an adequate amount of heating time, the glass sheet will achieve the separation temperature and spontaneously separate along the heated cutting line.
MOVABLE BUFFER, AUTOMATED MATERIAL HANDLING SYSTEM AND CORRESPONDING OVERHEAD HOIST TRANSFER
The present application relates to a movable buffer, an automated material handling system and a corresponding overhead hoist transfer. The movable buffer includes: an inclined track including a first end and a second end opposite to each other, wherein the second end of the inclined track is higher than the first end of the inclined track; a storage tray connected to the inclined track, wherein the storage tray is provided with a space for accommodating a front opening unified pod, the storage tray is provided with at least one opening; and a transmission mechanism, wherein the upper surface of the transmission mechanism is connected to the lower surface of the overhead buffer, the lower surface of the transmission mechanism is connected to the inclined track, and the transmission mechanism is used for driving the storage tray to slide from the first end of the inclined track to the second end.
END-OF-ARM TOOL
An end-of-arm tool is described and includes an outer sheet and an inner sheet. The end-of-arm tool may be reinforced with a backing plate attached to the inner sheet and a front plate attached to the outer sheet. The end-of-arm tool may also include spacers to provide structure and rigidity to the end-of-arm tool at passages configured for the installation of workpiece interface tools, for example, spring plungers.
CARRIER DEVICE AND PLACEMENT MACHINE
Disclosed are a carrier device and a placement machine, where the carrier device includes a body and a positioner. A positioning sucker mechanism is disposed on the body, and a sliding sucker mechanism is slidably disposed on the body, where the sliding sucker mechanism includes a sucker group, a positioning block connected to one end of the sucker group, and a first suction piece provided on the positioning block. The positioner is arranged on one side of the body and adjacent to the positioning block, and includes a driver and a clamping assembly connected to the driver, where the clamping assembly is provided with a second suction piece mutually attracted to the first suction piece. The carrier device of the present disclosure improves the efficiency of clamping the sucker group by the clamping assembly.
MACHINE AND A METHOD FOR PROCESSING LATERAL EDGES OF GLASS PLATES, PLATES OF STONE MATERIAL OR PLATES OF SYNTHETIC MATERIAL
In a machine and in a method for processing lateral edges of glass plates, plates of stone material, and plates of synthetic material, there is a group of gripping members of the plate configured to hold a plate in a horizontal position. The plate is caused to advance in a conveying longitudinal direction, in such a way as to bring a lateral edge of the plate to engage in succession an aligned series of grinding tools forming part of a stationary machining unit. In one example, the group of gripping members of the plate is rotatably carried around a vertical axis by a carriage, which is movable in the conveying longitudinal direction and in a transverse direction orthogonal to the longitudinal direction. The gripping members are carried by the carriage in such a way as to be adjustable in position, by means of electronically-controlled actuator devices, with respect to the carriage and relative to each other.
Method and apparatus for the flush transfer of large-surface-area panels of different types of construction to a transporting vehicle
Method and apparatus for the flush transfer of large-surface-area panels of different types of construction to a transporting vehicle, having the following features. At least one conveyor for supplying panels of at least one type of construction. At least one pivoting-stack apparatus, having a gripper frame and having adhesion elements fastened thereon. At least one stack framework on a mobile carriage, wherein the latter is connected to at least one transporting vehicle by a switchable coupling. The transporting vehicle is supplied with power, and controlled electronically and/or electrically, by a multiplicity of lines installed in the floor region. An electrically controlled parking brake on each transporting vehicle, for arresting purposes.
Cartesian Transport Device
A Cartesian transport device for the transportation of a container plate or a stack of container plates, with a horizontal linear axis, on which a vertical linear axis is arranged such that the plate is movable in the x direction. A transfer unit is arranged on the vertical linear axis such that it is moveable in the z direction. The transfer unit has a support structure and two telescopic arms connected to it and arranged in parallel. A container plate may be grasped and held between the telescopic arms. A horizontal shelf is solidly arranged under the transfer unit on the vertical linear axis between the telescopic arms, such that the container plate may be set down between the telescopic arms.
MODULAR ACCESSORY FOR PANEL ADHERENCE DEVICES
A modular accessory for panel adherence devices that rigidly supports a panel during handling operations, which includes one or more bridge or span rails each being positioned alongside and connecting to the panel adherence device and respectively having recessed portions or outward arms for engaging one or more box rails.
