Suspension conveyor system for sorting products
A suspension conveyor system for sorting products, having a plurality of conveyor bags for at least one product. The conveyor bags may be moved along a continuous closed conveyor path, wherein the suspension conveyor system comprises conveyor means, configured to move the conveyor bags, at least one loading source, configured to load the conveyor bags with the at least one product, a control unit, configured to control the conveyor means, and at least one first unloading line having a plurality of unloading positions along a first closed conveyor path. At least one further unloading line is arranged having a plurality of unloading positions along at least one further closed conveyor path, wherein the at least two closed conveyor paths are connected to one another via at least two gates, wherein the conveyor bags may be controlled, independently from one another, in regard to the conveyor path using the conveyor means.
Pouch conveyor belt
The present invention relates to a pouch conveyor belt with a conveyor belt body, preferably an elastomer conveyor belt body, which is designed to hold a conveyed material in the interior of the closed pouch conveyor belt. The pouch conveyor belt is characterized in that the conveyor belt body comprises at least one sensor element which is configured to detect at least the temperature of the conveyor belt body at the location of the sensor element.
Tagged container tracking
A system and method that automatically monitors product use, such as the type and amount of agricultural and/or horticultural product stored in and dispensed from a cartridge over time and/or by geographic location. Monitored data are stored in memory such as a tag on the cartridge and may be transmitted to a server for storage, aggregation, and analysis. The cartridge may be authenticated before being authorized for use for the benefit of a current user in dispensing the product. The cartridge may be refilled after confirmation of authorization codes on the cartridge and refilling equipment tags. The cartridge may be calibrated automatically based on the bulk density or other parameter of the product in the cartridge. Data may be aggregated from a plurality of cartridges automatically. As-applied data from individual cartridges may be used to verify, independent of operator input, treated area coverage and product application rate.
SAMPLE STORAGE DEVICE
A sample storage device may include: a storage chamber; paired rail sections separated in separating direction and extending in an extending direction; an antenna array substrate extending between the rail sections and having antennas; paired slide sections separated from each other in the separating direction and disposed at a position opposite to the antenna array substrate with respect to the rail sections and, so as to be slidable in the extending direction relative to the rail sections, respectively; a support plate transparent to radio waves, extending between the slide sections; and a storage box containable a plurality of containers each holding a sample and a radio tag, the storage box to be set on the support plate such that radio waves can be transmitted between the radio tag and corresponding one of the plurality of antennas.
TABLET PORTIONING DEVICE
The invention relates to a tablet portioning device comprising multiple tablet containers, a collection device arranged below the tablet container and having a dispensing device, and a packaging device for packing the tablet portions in portions, wherein the collection device receives tablets from the tablet containers and dispenses them as tablet portions via the dispensing device, wherein a conveying device having multiple conveying trays and extending in a conveying direction connects the dispensing device with the packaging device, wherein the dispensing device dispenses a respective tablet portion in one of the conveying trays and the conveying device transports the tablet portions to the packaging device, wherein the conveying device has a dispensing unit via which the tablet portions are transferred to the packaging device in portions.
System and method for conveyor maintenance
Systems and methods are provided for conveyor operation and maintenance that employ a “smart shoe” technology where one or more conveyor shoes incorporate features, such as an RFID tag, allowing selective wireless tracking and identification capability. A conveyor system comprises a shoe management system allowing interactions directly with a reader where interface between this application and the reader can be implemented via a socket interface. An open platform communications (OPC) wrapper can be created around the interface so that a Human Machine Interface (HMI) could interact directly with shoe management system.
Method and system for generating RFID labels using RFID encoder attachment
The present disclosure provides a system and method for generating RFID labels using a non-RFID label printer and an easy-to-attach RFID encoder. The RFID encoder comprises an RFID controller coupled to a network, one or more antennas, a label detector, and an RFID reader. The RFID encoder can be packed into two or more encoder units that are clipped onto the front and back of the non-RFID label printer. The RFID controller receives a packet of reader settings and a packet (array) of encode data via the one or more antennas. As unprinted labels pass through the non-RFID label printer and the RFID encoder, the label detector senses tags of the unprinted labels, and triggers the RFID controller and the non-RFID label printer to encode RFIDs onto the tags.
SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR MATERIAL CONVEYOR CONTAINER WEAR MONITORING
A system and method for material conveyor bucket wear monitoring. A material conveyor system elevator bucket comprising a back wall, opposed sidewalls, a bottom wall curving upward into a front wall spaced from the back wall, a lip, a volume of space, and at least one wear monitor affixed to the elevator bucket, wherein the wear monitor transmits information using electromagnetic fields.
MONITORING SYSTEM FOR CONVEYOR BELT ANCILLARY DEVICES
A system and apparatus are provided for monitoring a conveyor system. The system and apparatus may include one or more sensors or sensor modules associated with a conveyor belt. In one aspect, the apparatus includes a sensor connected to at least one of first and second plate members that are configured to be connected to one another on opposite surfaces of the conveyor belt. The sensor may be at least partially received in a recess formed in the conveyor belt such that the sensor resides in a protected pocket formed by at least one of the plate members and the recess in the conveyor belt. The system is configured to monitor ancillary devices of a conveyor system, such as a belt splice. The system may maintain a digital twin of an ancillary device so that a condition of the ancillary device may be monitored remotely.
Tote and item association
This disclosure describes a system for associating multiple totes with a single profile so that items placed into any of the multiple totes are identified on a profile item identifier list. For example, if two users located in a materials handling facility are picking items that are to be consolidated or otherwise treated together, each user may select a different tote and move separately through the materials handling facility. As either user picks items and places those items into a corresponding tote, a profile item identifier list is updated to include an item identifier for each picked item.
