ELECTRODE STACK MANUFACTURING APPARATUS
An electrode stack manufacturing apparatus comprising a plate conveyance device (A) provided with a plurality of conveyor plates (20) made to move along a conveyance route while spaced apart from each other. The conveyor plates (20) are successively loaded with sheet-shaped electrodes (1). The conveyor plates (20) are provided with clamps (21, 22, 23, 24) clamping the sheet-shaped electrodes (1) carried on the conveyor plates (20) on the conveyor plates (20) and holding the sheet-shaped electrodes (1) at the placement positions on the conveyor plates (20) during conveyance.
STACKER AND IMAGE FORMING SYSTEM
A stacker includes: an ejector that ejects a sheet on which an image is formed depending on a print job to an ejection destination; a first tray on which the sheet ejected by the ejector is stacked, as the ejection destination; a second tray that is a delivery destination of the sheet stacked on the first tray and with which automatic external ejection processing that ejects the sheet externally is executable; a setter that accepts a setting detail in which it is set whether or not to execute the automatic external ejection processing executable with the second tray; and a controller that controls whether or not to execute the automatic external ejection processing depending on the setting detail, wherein the hardware processor continues stacking of the sheet on the first tray when not executing the automatic external ejection processing.
Apparatus and method for pallet transfer
An apparatus is disclosed comprising first and second pallet supports to engage pallets in at least a first and a second pallet location. The first pallet location positions a pallet to receive output from a print press. The second pallet location is a pre-use pallet holding location. The apparatus further comprises an actuator to move the first and second pallet supports to transfer a first pallet away from the first pallet location and a second pallet from the second pallet holding location to the first pallet location. A method of transferring pallets is also disclosed.
Finisher output bin assembly
A system for presenting media sheets includes a finisher output bin assembly. The finisher output bin assembly includes a translatable output floor, and a guide substrate coupled to the translatable output floor to guide the translatable output floor relative to the guide substrate in at least one coordinate direction. The finisher output bin assembly includes an output structure mechanically coupled to the translatable output floor to drive the translatable output floor relative to the guide substrate.
TRAY UNIT ASSEMBLY
A tray unit assembly includes a housing, a separating/stacking unit, a tray unit and an elevating member. The separating/stacking unit includes a separating roller unit and a stacking roller unit provided in the housing. The tray unit is provided to be inserted into the housing and includes a first tray body fixed to the housing when the tray unit is inserted into the housing, and a second tray body connected to the first tray body to be slidable in a vertical direction and having a media stacking space formed therein. The elevating member is disposed to be movable up and down and configured to be in contact with a bottom surface of the second tray body to move the second tray body toward the stacking roller unit or the separating roller unit.
POST-PROCESSING APPARATUS
The present application discloses a post-processing apparatus which performs a predetermined process after an image formation process performed by an image formation apparatus. The post-processing apparatus includes an ejection tray, which supports a sheet stack, in which sheets are stacked, and a curl prevention portion including a first tray cursor, which abuts an upper surface of the sheet stack on the ejection tray to prevent the sheet stack from curling. The curl prevention portion includes an angle changer, which changes an inclination angle of the first tray cursor with respect to the ejection tray. The angle changer sets the inclination angle to a first value when a number of sheets is a first number. The angle changer sets the inclination angle to a second value different from the first value when the number of the sheets is a second number different from the first number.

Workpiece loading method
The present invention is directed to a method of loading workpieces using a piler conveyor P including a first conveyor which sequentially conveys the workpieces by continuous operation at a first speed, a second conveyor which magnetically attracts, on a lower surface, the workpieces passed from the first conveyor for sequential conveyance by intermittent operation, and a loading frame where the workpieces are placed, the method including a first step S1 of gradually accelerating the second conveyor to the second speed, a second step S2 of operating the second conveyor at the second speed and passing the workpieces 1 from the first conveyor to the second conveyor, a third step S3 of gradually decelerating the second conveyor from the second speed for operation, and a fourth step S4 of stopping the second conveyor and causing the second conveyor to lose a magnetic force and dropping a workpiece 1 positioned above the loading frame onto the loading frame 30, wherein the first speed and the second speed are set at an equal constant speed.
Stacker hopper with feed interrupt
A sheet stacking system includes a conveyor having a discharge end, a hopper at the discharge end configured to receive the sheets ejected from the discharge end and guide the sheets as they fall in a cascade path onto a platform associated with the hopper, the falling sheets forming a main stack on the platform, the hopper including a backstop facing the discharge end of the conveyor such that the sheets ejected from the discharge end impact against the backstop before forming the main stack, and a first accumulator having at least one first support extending through the backstop and shiftable from a retracted position to an extended position, the at least one first support being movable vertically relative to the backstop in the extended position from a raised location outside the cascade path to a lowered location in the cascade path.
Sheet processing apparatus and image forming apparatus having the same
Disclosed herein is a sheet processing apparatus comprising a sheet tray configured to hold a bundle composed of the sheets fed from conveyance rollers, a wait path configured to keep waiting following sheets upstream the conveyance rollers, an accumulating tray configured to hold a sheet bundle, delivery rollers configured to nip the sheet bundle mounted on the sheet tray and the following sheets, to set off from one another, and to deliver them to the accumulating tray, and to switch back the following sheets to the sheet tray, and a conveyance member configured to convey the following sheets from the sheet tray.
