Tensioning mechanism and method for using tensioning mechanism
A tensioning mechanism includes a housing including an accommodation cavity and configured to be sleeved with a to-be-tensioned material, a tensioning assembly mounted in the accommodation cavity, and a driving assembly mounted on the housing and configured to drive the tensioning assembly to move against the housing, so that at least a part of the tensioning assembly protrudes from or retracts into the housing. The driving assembly includes a handle mounted on an outer side of the housing and configured to manually drive the tensioning assembly to move against the housing.
Spool winder
A spool winder. The spool winder includes a plurality of arms, each having an upper end and a lower end. The plurality of arms are pivotally affixed at the lower end about a rod, wherein the rod can removably secure to a power drill. A notch is disposed on the upper end such that the notch faces the rod, wherein the notch can receive a rim of a spool therein. The spool winder further includes a slide lock having a plurality of apertures therein, wherein the plurality of apertures can receive the plurality of arms therethrough. The plurality of arms can move between a closed position and an open position as the slide lock is moved from the upper end towards the lower end. The distance between the upper end of each of the plurality of arms and the rod is greater when the arms are in the open position.
Winding device attachable to a printing device
A winding device includes a winding shaft that rotates and winds a print medium conveyed from a printing device having a conveyance roller that conveys the print medium, a gear, and a motor driving the conveyance roller and the gear. The winding device also includes a power transfer mechanism to connect to the gear and transfer power to the motor, and a lever disposed between the winding shaft and the conveyance roller in a conveyance path in a configuration in which the winding device is connected to the printing device. The lever may be moved between a first position in which the print medium bends and a second position in which the print medium bends at a shallower angle than at the first position.
Telescopic pneumatic linear actuator, particularly for unwinders with movable arms
A telescopic pneumatic linear actuator, particularly for unwinders with movable arms, includes a first annular cylinder, provided with a respective cavity, and a second annular cylinder, which can be inserted into and can slide within the cavity of the first annular cylinder and is provided with a respective cavity. The actuator also includes an annular piston, which can be inserted into and can slide within the cavity of the second annular cylinder. The first and second annular cylinders and the annular piston are provided with respective holes for the passage of a self-expanding spindle.
Liner reel, cassette comprising said liner reel, let off station and method for collecting a liner
Disclosed is a liner reel, a cassette, a let off station and a method for collecting a liner, wherein the liner reel has a core and a shell that is concentrically mountable to said core for rotation together with said core about a liner reel axis, wherein the shell has a collection wall that extends in a circumferential direction about the liner reel axis when the shell is mounted to the core, wherein the collection wall is arranged for receiving the liner, wherein the core has a support wall extending in the circumferential direction for supporting the collection wall at least with a vector component in a radial direction perpendicular to the liner reel axis, wherein the collection wall is at least partially contractible in said radial direction when the shell is removed from the core.
COLLAPSIBLE REWIND SPINDLE
A collapsible rewind spindle includes a main spindle body, and a filler spindle body removably coupled to the main spindle body and movable between an expanded position a collapsed position relative to the main spindle body. A release assembly is provided for allowing movement of the filler spindle body from the expanded position to the collapsed position. A release assembly is provided for allowing movement of the filler spindle body from the expanded position to the collapsed position, wherein the release assembly is configured to effect a controlled movement of the filler spindle body from the expanded position to the collapsed position.
Winding machine
A winding machine (1) for a traversing application of a winding material (51) to a spool sleeve (27) comprises a spindle (8) which is supported for being rotated and for having a fixed axial position. The spindle (8) comprises an inner recess. The winding machine (1) comprises a drive driving the spindle (8) for a rotational movement and a traversing carriage (20). The traversing carriage (20) is supported on the spindle (8) for being movable with a traversing motion (18) in an axial direction relative to the spindle (8). A first coupling element serves for transmitting the rotational movement of the spindle (8) to the traversing carriage (20) and a second coupling element serves for transmitting the traversing motion (18) of the traversing carriage (20) to the spool sleeve (27). The winding machine (1) also comprises an actuation mechanism (30) executing the traversing motion (18). The actuation mechanism (30) is coupled to the traversing carriage (20) for transmitting the traversing motion (18) from the actuation mechanism (30) to the traversing carriage (20). The actuation mechanism (30) extends through the inner recess of the spindle (8).
Rotatable Cable Reel
A cable reel of the present disclosure can include two flanges and a central drum being independently rotatable from one another. The drum, which can be configured to receive a cable, can be mounted on an axle. The two flanges can be rotationally mounted on the axle at opposing distal ends of the axle.
