SENSING ARRANGEMENT FOR A DISPENSER
A sensing arrangement for indicating the depletion of a coreless roll of absorbent paper web material in a dispenser, the sensing arrangement includes a roll support for supporting an inner circumference of the coreless roll, the roll support extending along a longitudinal center axis, the roll support comprising at least one roll expanding portion extending over a part of the roll support length and having a maximum radial extension defining a first radius from the center axis, and at least one sensing portion, extending longitudinally over another part of the roll support length and having a maximum radial extension defining a second radius from the center axis, wherein the first radius is greater than the second radius by a sensing offset length, and a sensing element arranged to sense at the sensing portion the amount of web material remaining on the roll when arranged over the roll support length.
Re-usable tube for winding fiberglass yarn
A winding tube for glass fiber yarn has an inner cylinder and an outer polyester fabric covering. The inner cylinder is made of a composite having at least two sheets of polypropylene film bonded together, with each sheet having a plurality of parallel fiberglass filaments embedded within the film of that sheet, and with the filaments of one sheet being at an angle with the filaments of the other sheet. The fabric has a spiral stitching. The tube maintains a cylindrical shape when not subject to deforming forces yet has sufficient flexibility that after a desired amount of glass fiber yarn is wound on the winding tube, the winding tube can be radially collapsed sufficiently to permit the winding tube to be withdrawn from within the yarn package. The winding tube is dimensionally stable at the elevated temperatures to which is likely to be exposed.

LONG-HANDLE FILM PACKING DEVICE
A long-handle film packing device includes a first rod and a second rod connected with each other. The first rod is formed with an axial limit groove. The second rod is provided with a limit member corresponding to the limit groove. Through the limit member limited to the limit groove, the length of the long-handle film packing device can be adjusted quickly. Through a positioning pin, the long-handle film packing device can be positioned quickly. The present invention can be applied to different lengths of packing film rolls. In addition, the packing film roll can be first mounted, and then the length of the film packing device is adjusted. Except that the length of the present invention can be adjusted and positioned quickly, the present invention has better practicability and convenience for installation.
RECEPTION SLEEVE
A reception sleeve that may be mounted on a mandrel of a packaging machine for winding up a film used in the packaging process on the reception sleeve. The reception sleeve may include a plurality of hinges. Each hinge may have a hinge axis, wherein each hinge axis may be oriented in a direction parallel to a central axis of the reception sleeve. The reception sleeve may be mounted on a reception mandrel of the packaging machine, preferably for winding a residual film grid remaining after sealing trays in the packaging machine. The mandrel may include a mechanism for selectively tensioning the reception sleeve thereon to tension the reception sleeve to allow the mandrel to transfer a winding torque to the reception sleeve, and to reduce the tension so the reception sleeve can easily be removed from the mandrel.
MODULAR SPOOL STORAGE DEVICE, MODULAR SUPPORT STRUCTURE AND COMBINATION THEREOF
A modular spool storage device is configured to store a length of line, which is configurable between an assembled operational configuration and a disassembled transport configuration. In the assembled operational configuration, the device includes a ring with a U-shaped cross-section. The ring includes multiple ring sections, each ring section having two end faces, each end face being provided with at least one ring connector allowing the assembly of the ring by interconnection of the ring connectors of the multiple ling sections in circumferential direction from the disassembled transport configuration to the assembled operational configuration. The dimensions of a ring section fit into or correspond to that of an ISO shipping container so as to be transportable as or by an ISO shipping container.
Sleeve, Winding Device, and Method for Repeated, Successive Winding of Webs to Form Reels of Material
The invention describes a sleeve for sliding onto and removing from a winding shaft, which comprises a one-piece workpiece defining a cylinder, which workpiece comprises two edge regions each having an edge, the edge regions overlapping one another, the sleeve having a first diameter in a relaxed state, the sleeve in a clamped state having a second diameter which is different from the first diameter, the sleeve in the clamped state experiencing an elastic deformation as compared to the relaxed state.

SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR DEPLOYING OPTICAL CABLES
A system that may be used for deploying optical cables, the system may include a track having an outer edge and a surface, the track having a track gear disposed proximate the outer edge and a plurality of track grooves disposed on the surface of the track. The system may also include a spool having a first outer edge and a second outer edge. The spool may include a first wheel disposed on the first outer edge, a second wheel disposed on the second outer edge, a spool gear disposed on the first wheel and interfacing with the track gear, plurality of spool grooves, and a plurality of guides interfacing with the track to align the track grooves with the spool grooves.
Telescoping cable spool
A cable spool for networking and cross connect equipment is shown which comprises a telescoping arrangement and is moveable between a retracted and an extended position. In a particular embodiment a static cable spool is provided together with the moveable cable spool and arranged along the same axis. The cable spool is also moveable horizontally.
