A web processing apparatus comprising a web transport station and a web processing station. The web transport station comprises a web tension control assembly, which comprises a first tensioning device and a second tensioning device. Said first tensioning device is movably arranged for controlling tension of a first web. Said second tensioning device is movably arranged for controlling tension of a second web independently of the tension of the first web. Said first tensioning device comprises a first interior space and the first tensioning device is arranged with respect to the second tensioning device such that the first interior space at least partly accommodates the second tensioning device. The web processing apparatus allows for accurately controlling tension of the first and second webs simultaneously and independently of one another in a tandem mode, while maintaining the possibility for controlling tension of a single web in a single mode.
Conveyor and ink-jet recording apparatus
A conveyor includes: a first roller; a second roller opposed to the first roller; a roller holder including a roller supporter; a frame supporting the roller holder and having a first surface and second surface; and a moving member that is moved to move the roller supporter. The roller holder includes: a contact portion that is located upstream of the roller supporter in a conveying direction and contacts the second surface; a thin portion disposed between the roller supporter and the contact portion; and an engaging portion engaged with the moving member at a position located downstream of the thin portion in the conveying direction. The roller supporter is moved from a first position to a second position by bending of the thin portion, which bending is caused when the engaging portion is moved away from the second roller with movement of the moving member.
Device for separating individual, two-dimensional, flexible objects from the lower side of a stack
A device for separating individual, two-dimensional, flexible objects from the lower side of a stack of such objects and for conveying the separated objects away from the stack. The device includes a stack space with a support region, and a support member that supports the stack from below in the support region. The support member includes a support roller arrangement of a plurality of support rollers. The device further includes at least one separating member for separating the objects from the lower side of the stack in the support region. The support roller arrangement is part of a roller guidance device and is translatorily movable to and from between a support position and a release position.
WEB PROCESSING APPARATUS
In the present invention a web processing apparatus is provided comprising a web transport station and a web processing station. Said web transport station is arranged to transport, in a single mode of the web processing apparatus, a first web in a process direction towards or away from the web processing station, and to transport, in a tandem mode of the web processing apparatus, the first web and a second web in the process direction towards or away from the web processing station.
Conveyance apparatus and image recording apparatus provided with the same
There is provided a conveyance apparatus including: a conveyance roller; a plurality of driven rollers; a plurality of roller holders; an biasing member biasing each of the roller holders toward a first position; and a movable member having a plurality of cam portions. Each of the cam portions has: a first inclined surface abutting against one of the roller holders from a side of one of the driven rollers, during a movement process of the movable member from a third position to a fourth position, to thereby move one of the roller holders from the first position toward a second position; and a second inclined surface arranged upstream of the first inclined surface in a moving direction, and abutting against one of the roller holders from the side of one of the driven rollers, during the movement process of the movable member from the third position to the fourth position.
Document receiving apparatus
A document receiving apparatus comprises a receiving port configured to receive a document into an apparatus main body, a document stopper configured to be pivotable between a first posture in which reception of the document is suppressed and a second posture in which the reception is permitted, a holding portion configured to hold the document stopper in the first posture, and a biasing portion configured to bias the document stopper held in the first posture to be set in the second posture.
Image forming apparatus
According to the present disclosure, an image forming apparatus for minimizing a shift amount of the registration roller for the first and subsequent sheets is provided. The image forming apparatus forms an image on a sheet conveyed on a conveying path. The image forming apparatus includes an exposure device. Further, the image forming apparatus includes a pair of registration rollers 110 configured to convey the sheet in a conveying direction with the sheet nipped by the pair of the registration rollers, and a detection unit configured to detect the side edge position in the width direction of the sheet conveyed. The control unit 200 of the image forming apparatus determines the image writing position for the first sheet, and controls the image writing of the exposure device based on the detection result of the CIS 141 for the first sheet.
SHEET MATERIAL FEEDING APPARATUS
A sheet material feeding apparatus includes a first roll 106, and a second roll 108 arranged vertically below first roll 106, to feed a sheet material clamped between the first roll 106 and the second roll 108. The sheet material feeding apparatus further includes a first motor 102 provided with a rotatable first motor shaft 104 coupled to the first roll 106, and a second motor 103 provided with a rotatable second motor shaft 105 coupled to the second roll 108. The first motor shaft 104 and the second motor shaft 105 rotate at substantially the same rotation speed to allow the first roll 106 and the second roll 108 to rotate in synchronization with each other.
Bearing member, sheet conveying device and image forming apparatus
A sheet conveying device includes a driving roller, a driven roller and a pair of bearing members. The pair of bearing members is configured to rotatably support both ends of a rotating shaft of the driven roller. The bearing member has a supporting part and a pressing part. The supporting part is formed by winding an end portion on one side of a wire rod in a spiral shape. The supporting part has a shaft hole through which one end of the rotating shaft can be inserted. The pressing part is formed by winding an end portion on the other side of the wire rod in a spiral shape in an orthogonal direction to the rotating shaft. The pressing part is disposed so as to press the supporting part in a direction in which the driven roller comes into pressure contact with the outer face of the driving roller.
