HYBRID FLOW NOZZLE SYSTEM
Embodiments include individual physical spray nozzles that have passageways inside to combine fluids that flow out of the spray nozzles. The nozzles have at least two valves that are opened and closed in an interleaved manner. The nozzles have multiple outlets. Such nozzles are mounted on a variety of implements including agricultural or industrial spray booms.
Nozzle support device having a rotary nozzle carrying head
The invention concerns a nozzle support device (10) comprising a body (12) that has a fluid inlet passage (24) and at least one outlet passage (26), and that comprises a revolving section that forms a hub (16) that extends around a rotational axis (A), a nozzle-carrying head (14) that is rotatably mounted on the hub (16) of the body (12) around the rotational axis (A), and that is designed to simultaneously carry at least two nozzles, and immobilising means (74, 86) for immobilising the nozzle-carrying head (14) in rotation on the body (12) in a plurality of predefined positions, characterised in that the device (10) is provided with a mechanism for rotating the nozzle-carrying head (14) comprising an oscillating drive member (90) provided with at least one retractable drive pawl that has one free end designed to push the drive teeth in succession.
Sprayer systems with retractable drop apparatuses
The sprayer system associated with a work vehicle having a boom and a fluid source may include a spray device configured to selectively apply a fluid from the fluid source on the work vehicle to an agricultural crop. The sprayer system may further include a drop apparatus having a linkage assembly with a top portion coupled to the boom and a bottom portion coupled to the spray device. The linkage assembly may be selectively repositionable between a retracted position and an extended position to raise and lower the spray device relative to the boom along an upright reference axis.
Electric fluid flow monitoring apparatus and agricultural fluid application systems including same
Electric fluid flow monitoring apparatus, and agricultural fluid application systems and methods including the same are described. The fluid flow monitoring apparatus generally includes a housing, a sensor assembly, and a traveler. The housing defines an interior cavity, and includes an inlet for fluid to enter the interior cavity and an outlet for fluid to exit the interior cavity. The sensor assembly is disposed in the interior cavity, and extends longitudinally in the direction of fluid flow. The traveler is movably supported by the sensor assembly such that fluid flow through the interior cavity causes the traveler to move longitudinally along the sensor assembly. The sensor assembly detects a longitudinal position of the traveler relative to the sensor assembly.
Adjustable row unit and vehicle with adjustable row unit
A first leg extends upward from the left frame and a second leg extends upward from the right frame to connect the legs to the beam. One or more satellite navigation receivers are associated with beam to determine a position and an attitude of the beam. One or more row units are suspended from the beam, each row unit having a first nozzle and a second nozzle, wherein the first nozzle and the second nozzle are associated with an adjustable reference position in one or more dimensions with respect to the beam.
SPRAYING DEVICE
Spraying device for an agricultural machine, comprising a carrier and at least one nozzle capable of spraying an aerosol product, the carrier being hollow in order to be able to conduct propellant air to the at least one nozzle, the at least one nozzle being selectively mountable on and dismountable from the carrier, preferably without using tools.
METHOD FOR A SPRAYING DEVICE
A method for detecting at least one spray liquid data set of a spray liquid applied to an agricultural area using at least one spray nozzle unit of a spraying device. The method includes receiving a property signal, including a piece of property information of the spray liquid detected using a sensor unit of the spraying device in a through-flow area of the spray nozzle unit during an application operation of the spray liquid; receiving a position signal, including a piece of position information of the spray liquid, using a position unit, the position information representing a geographic position of the spray liquid during the application operation of the spray liquid; and storing the property information and/or a piece of spray liquid information of the applied spray liquid ascertained using the property information, together with the associated position information, using an information unit, for detecting the spray liquid data set.
NOZZLES WITH INTERCHANGEABLE INSERTS FOR PRECISION APPLICATION OF CROP PROTECTANT
A treatment system for spraying treatment fluid onto plants in a field is described. The treatment system includes a configurable treatment mechanism including an array of nozzles and valve assemblies coupled into manifolds, and manifold assemblies. The nozzle comprises a nozzle housing and an insert assembly contained within the nozzle housing. When coupled, a top casing including a fluid inlet and a bottom casing including at least one fluid outlet form the nozzle housing. The insert assembly comprises at least one nozzle insert to fluidically couple the fluid inlet and the fluid outlets such that fluid entering from the fluid inlet exits the nozzle housing through the fluid outlets.
Automatic target recognition and dispensing system
An automated apparatus, method and system for projecting a control agent toward a recognised target for the purposes of agricultural cultivation or environmental management or various other applications; a source of the control agent adapted for use in connection with an environmental control function, an outlet incorporating at least one outlet orifice to direct the control agent emanating from the outlet orifice toward a target. An activation means is movable between an operative mode and an inoperative mode in which the outlet is effectively closed. A targeting mechanism movable on at least one independent control axis provided for selectively orienting the outlet orifice and thereby orienting the control agent in the operative mode. A first sensing system, a classification system, a control system in accordance with a predetermined control logic adapted to deliver doses of the control agent to the identified targets for the purposes of the environmental control function.
