ELEVATOR CAR WITH BLOCKING MEMBER FOR FOLDABLE WORKING PLATFORM

An elevator car has one or more sidewalls (4a, 4b) defining an interior space (2) for accommodating passengers; a roof (3) including a support frame (8) and a working platform (12) which is suspendably connected to the support frame (8). The working platform moves between a stowed position, above the interior space, and an operational position, within the interior space. The elevator car also includes a blocking member (20, 21), located at the support frame (8), and arranged to move between an unblocking position and a blocking position. When the blocking member (20, 21) is in the blocking position, the blocking member is configured to prevent the working platform (12) from being moved into the stowed position.

Elevator car and elevator system comprising an elevator car

An elevator car (6) defining an interior space (12) for accommodating passengers comprises a support frame (22) positioned on a top side of the interior space (12); a support structure (30) pivotably mounted to the support frame (22); and a working platform (28) pivotably mounted to the support structure (30). The support structure (30) is pivotable with respect to the support frame (22) and the working platform (28) is pivotable with respect to the support structure (30) between a retracted position, in which the working platform (28) and the support structure (30) are oriented close to the support frame (22), and a deployed position, in which the support structure (30) extends away from the support frame (22) towards the interior space (12) and the working platform (28) extends away from the support structure (30).

Elevator car frame

Elevator car frames are provided. The elevator car frames include a first upright, a second upright, a first support element connected to the first upright, a second support element connected to the second upright, and a retractable crosshead having a first portion and a second portion extending between the first and second support elements, wherein the retractable crosshead is operable between a first state wherein the first portion and the second portion are connected and a second state wherein the first portion and the second portion are separated.

An elevator car (2) includes a roof (4) and an emergency stop device (6) mounted on the roof (4). The emergency stop device (6) is mounted to move between a first position (8) on the roof (4) during a normal operation mode and a second, different position on the roof (4) during an inspection mode. For example, the emergency stop device (6) is movably mounted to a safety balustrade (12) installed on the roof (4). A safety volume (30) may therefore be positioned to align better with a maintenance area (22) on the roof.

DISINFECTION AND STERILIZATION APPARATUS AND METHOD, AND DISINFECTION AND STERILIZATION CONTROL APPARATUS

A disinfection and sterilization control apparatus includes a disinfection and sterilization control component configured to obtain usage data of a space; and a disinfection and sterilization component electrically coupled to the disinfection and sterilization control component and configured to disinfect and sterilize the space under the control. The disinfection and sterilization control component controls the disinfection and sterilization component to perform disinfection and sterilization operation when the usage data meets a condition of triggering a disinfection and sterilization operation. When the usage data of the space meets the condition, the disinfection and sterilization apparatus is controlled to automatically disinfect and sterilize the space, achieving smart and effective disinfection and sterilization on an interior space, for example of an elevator car, thereby avoiding cross contamination, ensuring service safety of the elevator and protecting users' health.

Button hook pad hanger

Embodiments are directed to protecting an elevator. A plurality of knobs may be provided, each respective knob comprising a respective base having a vertical portion, a horizontal portion, a suspension portion, and a face that are coupled to each other. Each knob may also comprise a respective stem coupled to the face of the respective base. The knobs may be hung from an upper edge of a wall panel or suspended ceiling grid in an elevator. A cover may be provided, the cover having a plurality of openings in the cover disposed along the upper edge of the cover. The cover may be hung from the knobs with each knob having the distal end portion of the respective stem extending through a respective one of the openings in the cover.

ELEVATOR CAR

An elevator car defining an interior space for accommodating passengers includes an openable roof, horizontal roof guide rails arranged on a top side of the elevator car, a support structure pivotably mounted to the guide rails by a first joint, and a working platform pivotably and movably mounted to the support structure by a second joint arranged at a distance from the first joint. The working platform is pivotable between a retracted position, in which said working platform is oriented close to the guide rails in the top side of the elevator car, and a deployed position, in which the working platform is in the interior space, at a distance from the guide rails. The first joint is arranged movable along the guide rails.

AN ELEVATOR CAR ROOF SYSTEM AND A CONTROL SYSTEM FOR MONITORING AN OPENING STATE OF AN ELEVATOR CAR ROOF

An elevator car roof system is provided for monitoring safety of a service access located on an elevator car roof. The elevator car roof system may monitor a change in an opening state of the elevator car roof. Positions of a plurality of roof panels may indicate when the elevator car roof is partially open, fully open or fully closed. The positions of the roof panels may cause at least one sensor of the elevator car roof system to provide a signal to a control system of the elevator. Further, the elevator car roof system may detect if there is an object on the roof. Based on the detected object on the roof, the elevator car roof system may provide at least one signal to enable controlling operation of the elevator.
