STORAGE AND RETRIEVAL DEVICE FOR PARALLEL OPERATION OF A HIGH-BAY WAREHOUSE AND OPERATING METHOD THEREFOR
A storage and retrieval device, in particular for parallel operation of a high-bay warehouse, contains a device frame, which has frame compartments arranged to form a three-dimensional compartment matrix, and has at least one cab used to hold storage goods. The electromotively driven cab can be moved within the compartment matrix in a vertical direction and/or in a second horizontal direction from each frame compartment. The storage and retrieval device advantageously realizes fast access because of the movability of the cab within a device frame of the storage and retrieval device in a vertical direction and/or in a second horizontal direction and realizes a high handling rate of storage goods in the operation of a high-bay warehouse because of the parallel operation of a plurality of cabs.
TELESCOPIC DRIVE, STACKER CRANE COMPRISING SAME AND OPERATING METHOD AND USE THEREFOR
A telescopic drive contains a base having a securely attached toothed rack running in a first horizontal direction. At least one first carriage is arranged on the base, which is supported on the base such that it moves in the first horizontal direction by a linear guide, and which has a toothed belt drive formed by at least one electric motor and a revolving toothed belt. The toothed belt is driven by the electric motor, is tensioned in the first horizontal direction and is positioned on the toothed rack of the base. By integrating the telescopic drive into an electric-motor-driven cabin inside a three-dimensional shelving matrix of an equipment stand, both a compact construction and movements of a stored item are permitted, with the movements reaching up to or preferably also beyond the extension of an individual storage shelf.
STORAGE AND RETRIEVAL UNIT
Storage and retrieval unit that includes a rail arrangement having a track and a flange arrangement. In a direction of gravity, the track is located below the flange arrangement. The storage and retrieval unit further includes a moving gear comprising a track roller arrangement and an array of underfriction wheels. The track roller arrangement is configured to support the moving gear on the track, and the array of underfriction wheels is arranged to engage under the flange arrangement.
SUSPENSION-TYPE STACKER CRANE
A suspension stacker crane includes an upper truck frame, a pair of mast units, a transferring device, and an upper base. The upper truck frame includes driving trucks arranged side by side in a travelling direction, and a bogie structure that couples the driving trucks. Each of the pair of mast units is suspended from the bogie structure, and includes a lifting drive motor and a lifting drive transmission. The pair of mast units is arranged side by side in the travelling direction. The transferring device is driven to be lifted or lowered by the lifting drive motor and the lifting drive transmission. The upper base links the pair of mast units.
TRANSPORT SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR CONSTRUCTING TRANSPORT SYSTEM
It is possible to easily carry out construction of an upper rail. A transport system is configured to include: a lower rail that allows a transport device to travel thereon; an upper rail that guides the transport device; a beam part that is spanned between a pair of storage shelves installed on corresponding opposite sides of the lower rail; and an attachment part, the beam part having a groove portion that allows a fastening member to be engaged therewith and that extends in a longitudinal direction, the upper rail being supported by the beam part when the attachment part is fastened and secured to the beam part with the fastening member.
CONVEYANCE DEVICE
Achieved is a conveyance device that enables grease to be easily injected into a linear guide block. A conveyance device includes: a support pillar; and an elevator section which is able to be loaded with a conveyance target and which is configured to be raised and lowered along the support pillar, the support pillar being provided with a linear guide rail, the elevator section being provided with: a linear guide block which engages with the linear guide rail such that the linear guide block is linearly movable; and an injection section that enables grease which is to be supplied to the linear guide block to be injected from a position spaced from the linear guide block.
Forklift and control method of forklift
A forklift equipped with a variable displacement traveling hydraulic pump driven by an engine, a hydraulic motor that forms a closed circuit with the traveling hydraulic pump therebetween and is driven by hydraulic oil discharged from the traveling hydraulic pump, and driving wheels driven by the hydraulic motor, when an accelerator opening detected by an accelerator opening sensor is reduced, the accelerator opening detected by the accelerator opening sensor and a target maximum absorption torque of the traveling hydraulic pump are given to a table on which a setting value calculated in advance depending on the accelerator opening, and the target maximum absorption torque of the traveling hydraulic pump or a vehicle speed of the forklift is described to calculate the setting value, and the accelerator opening detected by the accelerator opening sensor is corrected using the obtained setting value to calculate a corrected accelerator opening.
Stocker system
A stocker system includes an operation controller to control operation of stacker cranes in a plurality of stockers, a maintenance room provided between adjacent stockers to allow entry of both stacker cranes in the adjacent stockers and capable of accommodating at least one of the stacker cranes, and an identifier to identify which of the stacker cranes in the adjacent stockers is the stacker crane accommodated in the maintenance room. The operation controller restricts operation of the stacker crane identified by the identifier.
Scissors actuator configured to translate a support platform in either of opposed lateral directions
A scissors actuator is configured to translate a support platform in either of opposed lateral directions with respect to a base frame and includes a first arm, a second arm, wherein the first and second arms are rotatably connected at intermediate positions between their respective first and second ends, the first arm is pivotably attached at its first end to the base frame, and the second arm and is pivotably attached at its second end to the support platform. A first slide is disposed within a first linear track formed in the support platform and includes a bearing protruding from a side of the first slide for rolling contact with a side of the first linear track formed in the support platform. The first arm is pivotably and translatably attached at its second end to the support platform by the first slide. A second slide is disposed within a second linear track formed in the base frame and includes a bearing protruding from a side of the second slide for rolling contact with a side of the second linear track formed in the base frame. The second arm is pivotably and translatably attached at its first end to the base frame by the second slide.
