Movable platform for replacing battery and quick replacing system
Disclosed are a movable battery replacing platform (103) and a quick replacing system (100), wherein the movable battery replacing platform (103) comprises: a travel-driving portion (106) used for driving the movable battery replacing platform (103) to move on the ground; a lifting portion (107) mounted on the travel-driving portion (106), for lifting a battery during the replacement of the battery; and a battery mounting portion (108) mounted on the top of the lifting portion (107), for placing a battery to be replaced or a replaced battery, wherein the battery mounting porting (108) is provided with a battery replacing device. The device can use an unlocking device (50) to unlock a battery locked on the bottom of an electric vehicle, automatically aligning an unlocking point of a battery locking mechanism and realizing automatic unlocking in the movement. The whole process is fully automated without manual intervention and can improve battery replacement efficiency. In addition, the angle of an upper board (10) relative to the battery unlocking position can be adjusted by a movement actuating device, so that the unlocking point of the battery can automatically fit where the movable battery replacing platform (103) remains still, so as to further improve unlocking efficiency.
Storage system including a vertical transfer device
A load storage system is provided for holding standardized containers including a first stocker for being positioned on a first story and a second stocker for being positioned on a second story. The first and second stockers each include at least one load support for supporting the standardized containers. A floor is positioned between the first and second stockers. The floor defines a portal between and directly connecting the first and second stockers. The portal is positioned in alignment with the load supports in the first and second stockers. A vertical transfer device is positioned in alignment with the load supports in the first and second stockers and is configured to move the standardized containers through the portal between the first and second stockers. A method of operating the load storage system is also provided.
Loading apparatus
A loading apparatus, in particular for conveying freight over a road surface and loading it into a transporting vehicle and unloading it therefrom, comprises a basic structure, a loading structure, with a freight holder, and a double-action lifting device between the basic structure and the loading structure. The loading structure here comprises a lifting frame, on which the lifting device acts, and a freight carrier, which is mounted on the lifting frame, via a pull-out guide with a pull-out direction oriented transversely to the lifting direction, and has the freight holder. An undercarriage serving for advancing the loading apparatus over the road surface is part of the freight carrier.
Maintenance Apparatus
A maintenance apparatus, in particular for lifting and moving components of a system for processing semiconductor devices. The apparatus comprises a beam and an arm with means for lifting a component, the arm being mounted to the beam via a connecting unit and so as to be pivotable in a horizontal plane, wherein the connecting unit is displaceable along the beam, and wherein the arm is displaceable perpendicularly to the beam, and wherein a load accommodation means is provided on the pivotable arm.

Lift device with deployable operator station
A lift device includes a lift apparatus and a base assembly. The lift apparatus is configured to raise and lower an implement assembly. The base assembly is configured to support the lift apparatus. The base assembly includes a deployable operator station transitionable between a deployed position and a stowed position. In the deployed position, the deployable operator station is configured to provide a seating and control arrangement for an operator. In the stowed position, the deployable operator station is substantially sealed from an external environment to limit access to the deployable operator station.

CONVERTIBLE PALLET JACK WITH ROLLERS
A pallet jack has a forked platform with rollers embedded in the arms of the fork. The rollers are located at intervals from the front of the arms to the rear. The rollers work in conjunction with an inclined ramp, also having embedded rollers, attached to the front of the arms to lift a container onto the forks. Once a container is aligned in front of the inclined ramp, the pallet jack is driven forward. The momentum of the pallet jack, at standard speed, causes the inclined ramp to insert underneath the container and lifts the container onto the arms. The rollers allow the container to move into position on the pallet jack for transfer. An overlay platform may cover the host forks for standard pallet transfer. The overlay platform may have embedded rollers and can be rotated into position over a standard fork.
