APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR TREATING A CONTAINER WITH FUNCTIONAL CHECKING
An apparatus for treating a container with a treatment fluid, for example in a beverage bottling plant, including: at least one treatment member with a switchable treatment valve, wherein the treatment member is configured to treat the container with the treatment fluid by opening the treatment valve and to end the treatment by closing the treatment valve; at least one motion sensor which is configured to detect a movement of the treatment member or a component that is mechanically coupled to the treatment member during switching of the treatment valve; and an electronic evaluation unit which is coupled in a communicating manner to the motion sensor and is configured to draw conclusions about the switching behavior of the treatment valve from processing the data that is detected by the motion sensor.
Filling device for filling a receptacle and process for the sanitisation thereof
Sanitisation process for sanitising a filling device (1) of a receptacle, the filling device (1) comprising a valve body (2), an inlet (4) for a fluid, a dispensing nozzle (5), and a shutter (8) that can be moved inside the valve body (2), comprising the steps of: bringing the shutter (8) into a position whereby it engages the dispensing nozzle (5) so as to close it completely; supplying the inlet (4) with the sanitisation fluid so as to fill the valve body (2) with the sanitisation fluid; moving the shutter (8) away from the dispensing nozzle (5) so as to discharge the condensation that has formed inside the valve body (2).
Systems and method for valve control in a fill assembly of a medical device
Systems and methods are provided for a valve shut-off system of a medical device. In one embodiment, the valve shut-off system of the medical device includes a first pin movable between a first position where a valve is opened and a second position where the valve is closed, the first pin including a slot, and a second pin having a mating geometry with the slot of the first pin, the second pin adjustable between a locked position that holds the first pin in the first position and an unlocked position that enables movement of the first pin between the first position and the second position.
CONTAINER FILLING ASSEMBLY
A container filling assembly that can be used with container filling systems to fill containers during successive filling cycles with the same or different fluid compositions at high rates of speed, with little to no machinery changeover, and/or with little to no fluid waste.
PRODUCT WITH A NON-ALCOHOL DRINK AND METHOD FOR PRESERVING SAID DRINK
A product including a bottle with a mouth; a drink inside the bottle, the drink including a version of an alcoholic drink, where there is no alcohol or there is alcohol at a concentration by volume less than 1.5%; a pourer attached to the mouth and having a flow channel, a check valve, an air-vent channel and a filter, where the flow channel and the check valve allow via the same a flow of the non-alcoholic drink towards outside the product, the air-vent channel allows air to pass inside the bottle, and the filter produces a filtration of the air passing inside the bottle via the air-vent channel, the drink being any of a non-alcoholic drink, an alcohol substitute drink, a low alcohol drink, an alcohol free drink, or a de-alcoholized drink. Also, a method for extending the lifetime of a non-alcoholic drink, related to making the drink.

Container-filling assembly
In a filling machine, a circulation line connects a filling element to a filling tank at a location for drawing beverage from the filling tank and at a location for adding beverage to the filling tank. A controller connects to a measuring system that itself connects to either or both the filling tank and the circulation line. Based in part on measurements from the measuring system, the controller controls addition of beverage components at a dosage section along the circulation line.

FILLING SYSTEM FOR FILLING CONTAINERS WITH A FLUID FILLING MATERIAL AND FILLING MACHINE
A filling element includes a radar for measuring fill level in a container during filling thereof and an antenna connected to the radar. The antenna is disposed along a flow path formed in a gas pipe that forms a flow path for fluid while the container is being filled. The antenna provides the radar with a signal indicative of a measurement of a level of the filing material in the container.
FILLING ELEMENT, FILLING SYSTEM, AND METHOD FOR FILLING CONTAINERS
A filling element has a gas valve that controls flow of gas through a gas channel that extends into or faces the container during filling thereof. The gas valve transitions between discrete states, which includes a fully-open state, a closed state, and one or more partially-open states.
