Method and apparatus for packaging beverage under pressure
Method for manufacturing a pressurising device for a beverage container, wherein a gas container is provided having a filling opening, into which gas container an amount of dry ice is inserted through the filling opening, where after the filling opening is closed and the dry ice is allowed to sublimate.
Systems and methods for wine preservation
Embodiments of the present disclosure are directed to extracting the liquid from a container (such as a bottle of wine) using a needle adapted to pierce the closure of a container of liquid, dispense liquid from the container, and supply an inert gas to the container to help preserve the liquid.
A Method of Preparing a Beverage from a Single-Serve Container or a Kit in Parts of Single-Serve Container, Said Single-Serve Container and Said Kit in Parts
A method for obtaining a beverage, comprising the steps of: a. providing a first single-serve container comprising a malt based beverage concentrate characterized in that said concentrate is in a liquid state, has a viscosity of maximally 40.10.sup.3 mPa.Math.s a real extract density of at least 2.6 P and an alcohol content of at least 1 vol %; b. Providing a second single-serve container containing an ethanol solution having an ethanol concentration of 80 vol % or more; c. Providing a liquid diluent source; d. Mixing a portion of the diluent source with the content of the second single-serve container, to obtain an intermediate liquid mixture having an alcohol content of 30 vol % or less; e. Mixing the content of the first single-serve container with said intermediate liquid mixture and potentially an additional amount of the liquid diluent to obtain a beverage.
REFRIGERATOR EQUIPPED WITH APPARATUS FOR PRODUCING CARBONATED WATER
A refrigerator includes a body, a storage chamber, a door, a water tank to store clean water, a carbonated water production module mounted to a back surface of the door while including a carbon dioxide gas cylinder stored with carbon dioxide gas, and a carbonated water tank to produce carbonated water through mixing of the clean water with the carbon dioxide gas, a dispenser including a dispensation space formed at the door, a carbonated discharge line to connect the carbonated water tank and the dispensation space, so as to retrieve the carbonated water in the dispensation space, and a clean water discharge line to connect the water tank and the dispensation space without passing through the carbonated water tank, so as to retrieve the clean water in the dispensation space, and a carbonated water regulator to maintain a discharge pressure of the carbonated water at a predetermined pressure.
PORTABLE BEVERAGE DISPENSING DEVICE AND METHOD THEREOF
A portable beverage dispensing device is disclosed. In some embodiments, the portable beverage dispensing device includes a container and a dispensing mechanism. The container includes a set of beverage holders, a pressurized gas holder, and a plurality of cap assemblies. Each of the set of beverage holders is configured to hold a beverage bottle. The pressurized gas holder is configured to hold a pressurized gas vessel. Further, each of the plurality of cap assemblies includes a cork. The cork further includes an inlet port connected via a gas tube to the pressurized gas vessel to receive a pressurized gas, and an outlet port for dispensing a beverage filled within the beverage bottle. The dispensing mechanism includes a dispensing head. The dispensing head further includes a set of dispensing ports and a set of dispensing buttons configured to initiate dispensing of a beverage through an associated dispensing port.
WATER DISPENSING DEVICE
A water dispensing device, including: a coupling to attach a water supply source to a structured water generator that receives the water and is configured to output structured water, the structured water generator including: a motor, a vortex generator configured to rotate at a speed; a reactor coupled to the structured water generator and the water supply source; a gas supply configured to provide one or more gases; a magnetizer coupled to the structured water generator, the magnetizer being configured to receive the structured water and to generate a magnetic field within the magnetizer to align the structured water in a direction by one or more magnets generating an electromagnetic field in a conductive material that produces magnetization by induction; and a dispenser coupled to the magnetizer, the dispenser being configured to dispense the structured water received from the magnetizer. Also provided are methods of producing a structured water.

SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR BEVERAGE PRESERVATION
A receptacle for storing, pressurizing, and dispensing packaged beverages. The receptacle includes an airtight chamber with a removable lid, wherein the joint between the lid and the chamber is also airtight. A gas valve allows for the inflow and outflow of gas, and a tap port and tap stem allow the beverage to be dispensed without breaking the seal of the chamber. A pressure relief valve allows for more rapid depressurization. The chamber can be used at high and low pressures, such as a partial vacuum, to prevent oxidation of a number of open beverages, such as beers, wines, and sodas. A pressure gauge port coupled with an optional pressure gauge allows a user to verify the appropriate pressure for the type of beverage being preserved. The gas valve may be disposed on a base of the receptacle, as may the pressure relief and/or the pressure gauge port.
