Soft Food and Beverage Dispenser
A dispenser machine for storing and dispensing viscous foods and beverages and provides for the efficient and safe dispensation of a viscous food or beverage product that is contained in a flexible product container and which does not come into direct contact with the dispenser equipment. The dispenser includes an evacuation system which includes a weighted roller or slidable weight in contact with one or more sides of the product container and which operates by force of gravity to pressure and direct the food or beverage product contained in the container toward and out of the bag or container tube spout. A pump unit, which is configurable to provide for the dispensation of both food and beverage products with different viscosities by the addition or removal of one or pump pins, draws product from the container as desired and the pump unit pins operate to pinch and prevent the flow of product from the container tube spout after the pump is shut off.
BEVERAGE DISPENSING
Among other things, beverages are dispensed from one or more beverage dispensers based on selections made by users. Information about the dispensing of the beverages is sent to a central server where it is used to manage a variety of functions including replacement of depleted supplies of components. Various features of the beverage dispensers enable the beverages that are dispensed to be uniform and appealing to users.

Said pipe (2) is provided with Peltier-effect cooling and/or heating means (5) and with aeration means (6) for cooling and/or heating and for aerating the inside of the pipe (2), the two means being disposed along the pipe over different segments of said pipe that are referred to respectively as the cooling and/or heating segment (7) and as the aeration segment (8).
SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR CONTACTLESS DRINK DISPENSING
The present disclosure relates to automatic drink preparation. The apparatus can be communicatively coupled to ordering tablets and user interfaces for requesting cocktails. The apparatus can include a nozzle with a first pipe having a first diameter, a second pipe having a second diameter, and a third pipe having a third diameter. Each pipe can be fluidly coupled to a tube. Each tube can be fluidly coupled to a peristaltic pump that can pump fluids such as soda, alcohol, or syrup. The apparatus can include a first conveyor and a second conveyor to convey containers to the nozzle. The nozzle can move along a gantry to position above either of the conveyors, and the pumps can pump fluids through the tubes to the pipes in the nozzle for release into the containers.

The beverages may be made from hot water, cold water or carbonated water that is mixed with various flavors of syrup, sweeteners and nutritional supplements. Identification may be presented and the computer recognizes the consumer and pulls up that consumer's account to determine funds available and previous drink selections and mixtures. The machine may incorporate an automatic cleaning cycle for both the valves and the dispense area.
Pumps
A pump is formed by a housing (10) having an inlet (11) and an outlet (12) for a fluid. The housing (10) contains a rotator (13) provided with at least one surface recess (17a, 17b, 17c, 17d) that forms with an interior surface of the rotor a chamber (18a, 18b, 18c, 18d) that, on rotation of the rotor (13), conveys fluid from the inlet (11) to the outlet (12). A flexible seal (23) is provided on or as part of the housing (10) and is located between the inlet (11) to the outlet (12) to engage the rotor (13) to prevent fluid passing from the outlet (12) to the inlet (11). A second inlet (16) is provided leading to the outlet (12) for the supply to the outlet (12) of a second fluid and the second inlet (16) also supplies the second fluid to the back of the seal (23) to urge the seal (23) against the rotor (13).
