A closure (1) for a beverage keg (90), comprising an inlet for admitting a pressurised gas into a headspace of the beverage keg (90) and a venting aperture (27) separate from the inlet. The venting aperture (27) is configured to provide fluid communication between the headspace of the keg (90) and an exterior of the closure (1). The closure (1) is provided with a barrier (29) that is welded to the closure (1) and configured to seal the venting aperture such that the closure (1) is able to retain the pressurised gas within the keg (90) in an unvented configuration. The barrier (29) is configured to rupture and/or to become at least partially detached from the closure (1) by internal pressure from within the keg (90) in order to switch the closure (1) into a vented configuration in which the venting aperture (27) is no longer sealed by the barrier (29).

The present invention relates to a container assembly for accommodating a beverage. The container assembly comprises a collapsible beverage container having a body part for accommodating the beverage and a cylindrical neck part defining a gas-filled headspace. The closure disc comprises a beverage outlet for extracting the beverage. The closure further comprises a pressure-relief device located at the closure disc or the inner cylindrical part. The pressure-relief device is capable of establishing a permanent or reclosable opening through the closure or between the closure and the neck part for allowing a flow of fluid from the headspace to an external space when a pressure difference exceeds a predetermined pressure value being lower than the burst pressure of the container.

An adapter having a female coupling configured to receive and establish a friction seal with a male coupling of an external device for inserting or extracting a liquid to or from a container, by applying a load to the male coupling after inserting it into the female coupling, the load being provided by the weight of a portion of the external device, the adapter being configured for insertion in a mouth of the container and secured therein using a stretchable membrane that fits snugly around the mouth of the container for obtaining a tight seal, the stretchable membrane having tabs for a user to grasp.

The present invention provides a beverage preservation keg with an adjustable beer tap, including a shell, an inner container, and a gas-liquid control device; the inner container includes an upper gas storage chamber and a lower beer storage chamber; the gas-liquid control device includes a keg spear, a dispenser and a beer discharge pipe; the keg spear matches and communicates with the gas storage chamber and the beer storage chamber, and the top end of the keg spear matches and is connected to the dispenser; the dispenser is connected to the matching beer discharge pipe. The present invention has the function of adjusting the beer flow rate, and the keg spear is provided with a pressure relief valve, which eliminates the need for a gas tube and a separate pressure relief valve to connect the keg spear to the gas storage chamber in series.

The present invention discloses a regulable pressure relief valve for a draft beer fresh-keeping keg, comprising a valve body housing, a first compression spring, a mushroom-shaped ejector rod, a second compression spring and a pressure exerting block. Said first compression spring, ejector rod, second compression spring and pressure exerting block are coaxially distributed; the ejector rod comprises a retractable rod and a mushroom head; the first compression spring is put on the retractable rod and the two ends of the first compression spring is stressed between the bottom of the mushroom head and the valve body housing; the two ends of the second compression spring is stressed between the top of the mushroom head and the pressure exerting block; a pressure regulation at the top of the retractable rod is realized by exerting a pressure on the pressure exerting block and thus realize the pressure regulation function.
