Fuel storage and supply arrangement having fuel conditioning assembly

A fuel storage and supply arrangement serves as a source of fuel to be dispensed via at least one fuel dispenser in a fuel dispensing environment. The arrangement comprises a storage tank for containing a quantity of the fuel. A pump assembly draws the fuel from the storage tank providing the fuel under pressure to a fuel supply line. A fuel conditioning assembly includes a housing having a storage volume, a housing inlet receiving the fuel under pressure created by the pump assembly, a housing outlet through which fuel exits the housing, and a housing port through which fuel can be drawn into the housing. A vacuum source in fluid communication with the housing outlet is operative to selectively apply a vacuum to the outlet of the housing so that liquid can be drawn into the housing via the port. A water intake device is in fluid communication with the housing port. The water intake device has at least one inlet situated adjacent to a bottom of the fuel storage tank.

The automatic identification hydrogen refueling system includes a ground positioning module, a hydrogen storage module, a mechanical arm, a refueling module, an automatic identification module and an information processing module. The ground positioning module is provided with a sensor. A hydrogen conveying pipeline is connected with the refueling module. The hydrogen storage module is arranged at a tail end of the ground positioning module, and connected with the mechanical arm, the information processing module and the hydrogen conveying pipeline. The information processing module controls the mechanical arm to drive the refueling module to preliminarily align a refueling connector after receiving a sensor signal. The automatic identification module identifies an accurate position of the refueling connector, the information processing module drives the mechanical arm to move until butting of the hydrogen refueling gun head and the refueling connector is completed, monitors and controls the refueling amount and the refueling pressure.

Pump monitoring system

A fuel pump monitoring module for monitoring attributes related to a fuel pump at a gas station. The fuel pump monitoring module may have a body for attachment to the fuel pump. A transmitter or receiver is connected to the body and configured to communicate with a bioremediation dispensing unit using a transmission signal. A processor is connected to the body and configured to determine the location of the bioremediation dispensing unit relative to the fuel pump monitoring module based on the transmission signal.

Test port for fuel dispenser

An environmentally-friendly test port mounting in a conventional gasoline/diesel fuel dispenser cabinet to provide a technician access to the fuel line and perform various tests that enables testing to occur at a highline point in the line system. The technician may access the test port while the line system head pressure s maintained at a point above ground. The test port has a quick connect/disconnect fitting disposed in a collar intermediate a mounting for a filter in a conventional gasoline/diesel fuel dispenser and the filter to provide a technician access to the fuel line and perform various tests. The quick connect/disconnect fitting may also be coupled to a hose for draining fuel under pressure into a safety can to prevent spillage during replacement of the filter. The safety can may be emptied into the fuel tank to conserve the fuel, prevent polluting the environment and as a safety measure.

A float probe configured to regulate fluid flow into a fluid container is disclosed. The float probe comprises an upper assembly having one or more outlets, a plurality of rods extending from the upper assembly to a lower assembly and a float assembly disposed between the upper assembly and the lower assembly. A first distal end of the rods is coupled to the upper assembly and a second distal end of the rods is coupled to the lower assembly. The rods extend along an outer surface of the float assembly and the float assembly is movable along the rods between a first position proximate to the upper assembly and a second position proximate to the lower assembly. The float assembly prevents fluid flow out of the outlets when disposed in the first position.
