Alkylamine Ethoxylates as Adjuvants and Compatibilizers for Plant Biostimulants
The present invention is related to a plant biostimulant adjuvant and a method of treating a crop with a plant biostimulant adjuvant. The plant biostimulant adjuvant comprises a plant biostimulant comprising at least one of an amino acid or a peptide derived from a plant source. The plant biostimulant adjuvant also comprises an alkyl amine alkoxylate defined by the formula:
##STR00001##
wherein:
R.sup.1 is an alkyl of 6 to 22 carbons;
each R.sup.2 and R.sup.3 are each independently H or CH.sub.3.
n and m are each at least one and taken together n+m is 5 to 25;
and water.

METHOD OF AND A COMPOSITION FOR IMPROVING BREAKING DORMANCY AND UNIFORMITY OF RIPENING FOR PERENNIAL FRUITS
This disclosure includes a method of improving dormancy break and of perennial tree fruits, and ameliorating uniformity of ripening for manual and mechanical harvests, by the trunk and foliar application of brassinosteroids. The method is able to be based on natural and synthesized material, 24-epibrassinolide and other commercial brassinolides, in contrast to those chemicals based on hydrogen cyanamide or calcium ammonium nitrate that causes skin irritation and serious eye irritation. The method includes inducing bud-breaking of all perennial tree fruits, especially all grapevines after forced dormancy in tropical and subtropical climates, and later treatments with brassinolides or other growth regulators at fruit sizing stage and/or early ripening stage for uniform ripening. This disclosure provides alternative and safe option and possibilities to growers for labor saving manual and mechanical harvests.

COMPOSITIONS AND METHODS FOR FORMULATING MOLTEN PETROLEUM ADJUVANTS TO IMPROVE HERBICIDAL UP-TAKE IN WEED PLANTS
Herbicide-adjuvant composition compositions for controlling weed plants are disclosed. A herbicide-adjuvant composition includes a phenoxy-based herbicide and a petroleum-based adjuvant. The petroleum-based adjuvant may include a mixture of alicyclic hydrocarbons ranging from C17 to C29 and a hydro-treated heavy naphthenic distillate. The herbicide-adjuvant composition may include a viscosity modifier. Also disclosed are granules coated in a herbicide-adjuvant composition. The granule may be a fertilizer granule or a carrier granule. A method of controlling a weed plant including spreading a plurality of granules coated with a herbicide-adjuvant composition on the weed plant. The phenoxy-based herbicide and the petroleum-based adjuvant are spread on the weed plant in a single step.
