DRINKING WATER DISPENSER WITH ULTRAVIOLET DISINFECTION DEVICE
A drinking water dispenser includes a body, including: an inlet pipe for connecting the external water source, a cold water tank having a lower part filled with water and an upper part in which an air cavity is formed, when the tank is filled with water, a water inlet connected to the inlet pipe, and water outlet connected to an outlet pipe, an outlet valve for dispensing water to consumers, connected to the outlet pipe, and a UV radiation source installed in the cold water tank. The water inlet is made in a form of a vertical pipe, placed in the cold water tank, and having an open upper end and a lower end connected to the inlet pipe; and the UV radiation source is installed in the upper part of the cold water tank above the open upper end of the vertical pipe of the water inlet.
A FLUID PURIFICATION SYSTEM AND METHOD
An in-line fluid purification system uses a jacket (26) surrounding a fluid passageway (28), formed of a UV transmissive material. The jacket (26) may be surrounded by a UV reflective material (30). UV radiation (20) is coupled into the jacket (26), and the jacket (26) disperses and reflects the radiation over the entire cross section of the passageway (28). In this way, UV illumination of the full cross section of a fluid passageway (28) is ensured.
WATER DISPENSING DEVICE
A water dispensing device, including: a coupling to attach a water supply source to a structured water generator that receives the water and is configured to output structured water, the structured water generator including: a motor, a vortex generator configured to rotate at a speed; a reactor coupled to the structured water generator and the water supply source; a gas supply configured to provide one or more gases; a magnetizer coupled to the structured water generator, the magnetizer being configured to receive the structured water and to generate a magnetic field within the magnetizer to align the structured water in a direction by one or more magnets generating an electromagnetic field in a conductive material that produces magnetization by induction; and a dispenser coupled to the magnetizer, the dispenser being configured to dispense the structured water received from the magnetizer. Also provided are methods of producing a structured water.
WATER DISPENSING DEVICE
A water dispensing device, including: a water supply source; a structured water generator coupled to the water supply source to receive water and configured to output structured water, the structured water generator including: a vortex generator configured to rotate at a speed; a reactor coupled to the structured water generator and the water supply source, the reactor being configured to generate H.sub.2 and to transfer the H.sub.2 to the structured water generator; a gas supply coupled to the structured water generator, the gas supply being configured to provide one or more gases to the structured water generator; a magnetizer coupled to the structured water generator, the magnetizer being configured to generate a magnetic field to align the structured water in a direction; and a dispenser coupled to the magnetizer, the dispenser being configured to dispense the structured water.
Bottom-loading bottled water dispensers with hot water sanitizing features
Bottom-loading bottled water dispensers are disclosed that include hot water sanitizing capabilities (and, optionally, UV light sanitizing features). The dispensers include a water bottle that is operably connected to a pump that is configured to extract water from the bottle and force the water through one or more tubes and into a cold tank. The cold tank includes an evaporator that is configured to chill the water in the cold tank. The dispensers further include a hot tank that is fluidly coupled to the cold tank through one or more tubes, with the hot tank being attached to a heating element that is configured to heat the water in the hot tank. In addition, the dispensers include an electronic control board that is configured to heat a volume of water contained in the cold tank above a defined threshold temperature and for a defined period of time that is effective to sanitize the internal surfaces of the cold tank.
DEVICES FOR PREVENTING THE FORMATION OF BIOLFILMS IN BOTTLED WATER DISPENSERS
A bottled water dispenser is disclosed that includes a water bottle, a cold tank, and an ozone generator, which is fluidly coupled to a Y-connector. The dispenser includes a first tube that is fluidly coupled to a first port of the Y-connector, with the first tube being configured to deliver ozone gas to the cold tank. The dispenser further includes a second tube that is fluidly coupled to a second port of the Y-connector, with the second tube being configured to deliver ozone gas to the water bottle. The ozone gas is effective to sterilize and prevent biofilm formation within the interior areas of the cold tank and water bottle. The dispensers further include an in-line flow restrictor positioned in-line with either the first tube or second tube, which helps balance the flow of ozone that is delivered to the cold tank and water bottle.
STERILIZATION STRUCTURE OF WATER OUTLET AND WATER TREATMENT DEVICE CONTAINING SAME
Disclosed are a sterilizing structure of a water outlet and a water treatment apparatus including the same. The sterilizing structure of the water outlet according to an embodiment of the present invention may comprise a water outlet for discharging treated water treated in a water treatment device externally, and a sterilizer for sterilizing the water outlet.
APPLIANCES AND CONTAINERS FOR PREPARING A BEVERAGE IN A TRANSPARENT CHAMBER
The present invention describes appliances for preparing and dispensing beverages, such as beers, featuring a transparent window that allows a user of the appliance to view the beverage in a chamber of the appliance as that beverage is being prepared. The chamber in which the beverage is prepared can be either an integral part of the appliance or a disposable chamber that can be removed and replaced with a new disposable chamber after one or more servings of a beverage has been prepared in the disposable chamber. The appliances can have methods for cleaning the chamber, or the chamber can be self-cleaning. If the chamber for preparing the beverage is a disposable container, it may come with a concentrated beverage already pre-packaged in the container, and the casing of the container can prevent oxygen and light from penetrating the container and affecting the concentrated beverage contained within.
