A method and arrangement for capturing CO2
A system for capturing CO.sub.2 from gases, a pre-cooled stream of the gases is conducted through a bed of CO.sub.2 adsorbent in a first direction capturing CO.sub.2 from the gases in the CO.sub.2 adsorbent bed, a stream of warm heating gas is conducted from a heat storage unit to said CO.sub.2 adsorbent bed in a second direction opposite the first direction transferring stored heat from the heat recovery unit to the adsorbent bed, while simultaneously transferring coldness from the adsorbent bed to the heat storage, the heating gas is conducted through the adsorbent bed in a closed loop desorbing CO.sub.2 from the adsorbent bed, the desorbed CO.sub.2 is extracted a stream of cooling gas is conducted through the heat storage unit and the CO.sub.2 adsorbent bed in the first direction transferring low-temperature heat to the adsorbent bed and high-temperature heat from the adsorption bed to the heat storage unit.
CARBON CAPTURE SYSTEM
A carbon capture system includes two carbon capture plates. A first carbon capture plate collects carbon dioxide from a flow of ambient air. A second carbon capture plate releases carbon dioxide upon application of heat from a heat exchanger. The heat is exhaust heat from a data center. The first carbon capture plate and the second carbon capture plate are rotatable between the capture and release positions. The carbon capture system uses the waste heat from a data center to collect and store atmospheric carbon dioxide, thereby reducing the concentration of atmospheric carbon dioxide.
Hybrid low dew point compressed air dryer
The present disclosure is directed to a dryer system for drying compressed gas discharged from a compressor. The dryer system includes a refrigeration drying system operable for removing moisture from the compressed gas and a desiccant drying system with a desiccant wheel located in series downstream of the refrigeration drying system operable for removing additional moisture from the compressed gas.
Vehicle air purification system and method of controlling vehicle air purification system
A vehicle air purification system includes a first flow path which includes a first heating device (130-1), a first adsorption block (140-1), and a first flow path switching mechanism (150-1); and a second flow path that includes a second heating device (130-2), a second adsorption block (140-2), and a second flow path switching mechanism (150-2); and an air distribution mechanism (120) configured to distribute air flowing from the vehicle cabin to the first flow path and the second flow path; and a control device (20). The control device (20) controls components at a timing that can inhibit the flow of air from a flow path on the side where purification target substances to be purified are being desorbed into the vehicle cabin.
AN AIR PURIFIER COMPRISING A CARBON DIOXIDE ADSORPTION UNIT
The present invention relates to an air purifier (1) comprising a body (2) having an inlet opening (I) through which the air in the environment is sucked and an outlet opening (O) through which the cleaned air is released, and a CO.sub.2 adsorption unit (3) which is provided on the body (2), which chemically adsorbs the carbon dioxide in the air taken into the body (2) by being supplied with air together with a basic solution and which has an inlet tube (5).
ADSORPTIVE SEPARATION APPARATUS
An adsorptive separation apparatus comprises an upper air pipe, a lower air pipe, an adsorption pipe assembly located between the upper air pipe and the lower air pipe, an oil-water separation seat located at an end of the lower air pipe, and an oil-water separator arranged in the oil-water separation seat. An inner cavity is formed in the oil-water separation seat, and an air intake port is provided on the outer side surface of the oil-water separation seat. The inner cavity is in communication with the air intake port and the lower air pipe. The oil-water separator is located in the inner cavity. The oil-water separator comprises a separator housing and multiple layers of wire meshes filled inside the separator housing. Multiple through holes are formed on the separator housing.
GAS PURIFICATION PROCESSING APPARATUS
A gas purification processing apparatus is described. The gas purification processing apparatus can control the generation of adsorption heat by an adsorbate substance in purification processing and thereby prevent desorption or ignition or the like of the adsorbate component by performing cooling processing on an adsorbent itself when needed. This advantageously ensures high adsorption efficiency with a simple and convenient configuration. During operation of the apparatus, gas is supplied from the source and purified by a purification part and then discharged as a purified gas. When the temperature of the purification part exceeds a predetermined temperature, a cooling medium is supplied from the cooling processing part to cool the purification part.
PROCESSES AND APPARATUSES FOR OPERATING A GAS COMPRESSOR
Processes and apparatuses for operating a centrifugal gas compressor. A storage tank containing a liquid buffer material is provided and used to offset density fluctuations in the gas stream passed to the compressor. The storage tank may contain a component of the high-pressure gas stream provided by the compressor, such as carbon dioxide.
Trapezoidal-Duct Assisting Poulty Ammonia Gas, Hydrogen Sulfide Gas, and Dust Removal System
The present invention involves a fabrication of a trapezoidal-duct assisting poultry ammonia gas, hydrogen sulfide gas, and dust removal system to be used for removing of the poultry ammonia gas, hydrogen sulfide gas, and dust from the exhausted air stream emitting from the poultry houses and litter storages, comprising a poultry ammonia gas removal tube-screen-scrubber device invented in the present invention, hydrogen sulfide gas adsorber, dust filter, air-speed-acceleration trapezoidal-duct, ventilation-fan, and auxiliary system. The poultry ammonia gas removal tube-screen-scrubber equipped in the poultry ammonia gas removal tube-screen-scrubber device is invented in the present invention using the tube-screen-fill pack patented by the present inventor for use in the water cooling tower. The air-speed-acceleration controller trapezoidal-duct is applied for connecting of the large air outlet cross section of the tube-screen-scrubber device and the small air inlet cross section of the ventilation fan.
