The invention discloses a visible light responsive titanium dioxide nanowire/metal organic skeleton/carbon nanofiber membrane and preparation method and application thereof. A CNF (Carbon Nano Fiber)/TiO.sub.2 nano-wire/MIL-100 (represented as CTWM) membrane material is prepared and an MIL-100 material is used for adsorbing waste gas to enhance the photocatalytic effect of titanium dioxide on the membrane material; a CNF/TiO.sub.2/MIL-100 membrane catalyst sufficiently utilizes the adsorption capability of MIL-100 on the waste gas, the photocatalytic degradation performance of the TiO.sub.2 and high electrical conductivity of CNF to effectively prolong the service life of photoelectrons and promote the photocatalytic activity of the photoelectrons.
Methods For Extracting And Recycling Ammonia From MOCVD Process Exhaust Gas By FTrPSA
The present invention discloses methods for extracting and recycling ammonia in MOCVD processes by FTrPSA. Through pretreatment, medium-shallow temperature PSA concentration, condensation and freezing, liquid ammonia vaporization, PSA ammonia extraction, and ammonia gas purification procedures, ammonia-containing exhaust gases from MOCVD processes are purified to meet the electronic-level ammonia gas standard required by the MOCVD processes, so as to implement recycling and reuse of the exhaust gases, where the ammonia gas yield is greater than or equal to 70-85%. The present invention solves the technical problem that atmospheric-pressure or low-pressure ammonia-containing exhaust gases in MOCVD processes cannot be returned to the MOCVD processes for use after being recycled, and fills the gap in green and circular economy development of the LED industry.
Flameless catalytic thermal oxidation device
An object of the present invention is to provide a new frameless catalytic thermal oxidation device capable of treating concentrations of harmful materials including NOx at a low temperature. Further, another object of the present invention is to provide a frameless catalytic thermal oxidation device capable of minimizing the occurrence of THC and minimizing a risk of accidents and environmental pollution which may occur in maintenance operations. According to the objects, the present invention provides a cartridge-type thermal oxidation device capable of being separated for maintenance, wherein a cartridge internal structure is configured so that the time while the material to be treated stays in a zone with the catalyst is increased, and a member capable of dropping and collecting powder generated by thermal oxidation reaction is configured.

AIR TREATMENT SYSTEM AND METHOD OF USE
A built-in apparatus and method for treating air including a housing with an air inlet and an air outlet. An air mover positioned near the air outlet is configured to draw the air through the air inlet. The housing encloses an air treatment zone, such as including an oxidizing zone, and an ozone removal zone positioned downstream of the air treatment zone and oxidizing zone. The air treatment zone includes UV light and/or ozone that partially oxidizes the chemical contaminants in the air treatment zone. A catalyst in the oxidizing zone oxidizes elements within the air treatment zone. The ozone removal zone includes a second, different catalyst material. A UV bulb that may or may not generate ozone is positioned within or downstream of the first and/or second catalyst materials to assist catalyst oxidation and/or self-clean the apparatus.

A PROCESS FOR THE REMOVAL OF SILOXANES FROM LANDFILL GASES
In a process for the removal of siloxanes from biogas streams, especially a landfill gas stream or a gas stream from anaerobic digesters, the gas stream is first passed through a conventional siloxane removing unit to remove the majority of the siloxanes and subsequently passed over a selected catalyst with polishing effect, thereby removing remaining traces of siloxanes. The catalyst with polishing effect is chosen from i.a. zeolites, porous silica, titania and various metals on alumina or titania.
CONTAMINANT REMOVAL FOR CATALYTIC FUEL TANK INERTING SYSTEM
A fuel tank inerting system is disclosed. The system includes a fuel tank and a catalytic reactor with an inlet, an outlet, a reactive flow path between the inlet and the outlet, and a catalyst on the reactive flow path. The catalytic reactor is arranged to receive fuel from a fuel flow path in operative communication with the fuel tank and oxygen from an oxygen source, and to catalytically react a mixture of the fuel and oxygen along the reactive flow path to generate an inert gas. An inert gas flow path provides inert gas from the catalytic reactor to the fuel tank. An adsorbent is disposed along the fuel flow path or along the reactive flow path.
