Chemical mixer tool for use in a storage drum
A chemical mixer tool for use in a storage drum is described. The chemical mixer tool typically comprises a mixer housing assembly in which one end of a mixer shaft is secured, the distal end of the mixer shaft having at least one collapsible impeller assembly removably attached thereon. The chemical mixer tool is configured to be removably secured to the top portion of the storage drum, with the distal end of the mixing shaft extending into the interior of the storage drum.
Concrete mixing machine
A concrete mixing machine for indoor preparation of fluid concrete for disposition as flooring. The concrete mixing machine includes a mixer tank capable of mixing of twenty-three bags of concrete concurrently. Mixing propellers inside of the mixer tank attach to a shaft, whereby a hydraulic propeller drive motor rotationally moves the shaft, and the mixing propellers mix the concrete. The concrete mixing machine produces a large batch of concrete, and the concrete mixing machine moves and deposits the concrete for application using a flow control mechanism with a flow control mixer attached to the mixer tank that regulates concrete flow through a valve and chute and synchronizes with a flow control drive-wheel. The concrete mixing machine is hydraulically operated and self-propelled. The concrete mixing machine does not emit gases harmful to indoor air quality and thus is environmentally friendly.
APPARATUS FOR CREATION OF INJECTABLE SLURRY
Disclosed herein is a system for creating an injectable and flowable cold slurry, the system comprising a housing; a mount operatively connected to the housing configured to accept a container; a first motor configured to move the mount from a first position to a second position; a second motor; and a drive shaft in communication with the second motor, wherein the drive shaft is configured to rotate to cause an internal volume of the container to be transformed into the injectable and flowable cold slurry.
System and method for mixing recirculating combustion ash with hydrated lime and water
A mixer for recirculating ash from solid fuel combustion with hydrated lime and water and to feed the mixture into a desulfurization reactor. The mixer includes a housing having a front wall, two outer vertical sidewalls, a rear wall, a top, and a bottom, the top includes a feed chute configured for the entry and addition of product to the mixer, and the front wall includes an opening for the mixture of product to exit. The mixer also includes a rotatable vertical shaft having an impeller, the impeller having a plurality of blades disposed on the vertical shaft in the same horizontal plane and distributed equidistantly about the circumference of the vertical shaft. The mixer also includes a vertical wall disposed within the housing forming a mixing region and a feeding region that is operably connected to the opening of the front wall.

REACTION MIXER
An agitator or mixer installed in a solid-liquid-gas/slurry reactor in which gas removal from the slurry and foam destruction is promoted. The reaction mixer includes a vessel and an agitator assembly. The vessel is for containing the solid-liquid-gas mixture and defines two mixing zones within a given volume; a first mixing zone and a second mixing zone located above the first mixing zone. The agitator assembly is positionable within the vessel and comprises a rotatable shaft and a first and second impeller coupled to the shaft. The first axial impeller is locatable within the first mixing zone and is configured to pump the liquid in a downward direction along a vertical axis of rotation. The second impeller is locatable within the second fluxing zone and is configured to pump the liquid in an upward direction along the vertical axis of rotation.
