STIRRER COMPRISING TWO ROTATING SHAFTS HAVING INTERSECTING STIRRING BLADES CAPABLE OF ROTATING SYMMETRICALLY AND ROTATING IN IDENTICAL DIRECTION AND STIRRING METHOD
The present disclosure relates to a stirrer for stirring a raw material such as flour or meat. Two rotating shafts are installed inside the stirrer such that stirring blades intersect with each other. The two rotating shafts are controlled to simultaneously rotate symmetrically or to rotate in the same direction, and the stirred raw material is discharged through a side surface of a stirring tank of the stirrer. The rotating shafts having the stirring blades fromed thereon are connected to a driving means that can adjust the phase angle of the two shafts, via a position control device. The raw material is stirred while relative positions are adjusted such that the stirring blades formed on the two rotating shafts do not interfere with each other.
Method for producing fiber reinforced cementitious slurry using a multi-stage continuous mixer
A method in which a stream of dry cementitious powder from a dry powder feeder passes through a dry cementitious powder inlet conduit to feed a first feed section of a fiber-slurry mixer. An aqueous medium stream passes through at least one aqueous medium stream conduit to feed a first mixing section the fiber-slurry mixer. A stream of reinforcing fibers passes from a fiber feeder through a reinforcing fibers stream conduit to feed a second mixing section of the fiber-slurry mixer. The stream of dry cementitious powder, aqueous medium stream, and stream of reinforcing fibers combine in the fiber-slurry mixer to make a stream of fiber-cement mixture which discharges through a discharge conduit at a downstream end of the mixer.
Mobile twin shaft mixers formed of a flexible sheath and methods for use thereof
A method and apparatus for a mobile twin shaft mixer, which includes a mixing chamber formed of a flexible sheath and a frame formed of a rigid material. A benefit to the mobile twin shaft mixer can be a compact, lightweight, high capacity twin shaft mixer useful for mixing, proportioning, and transporting construction materials in mobile operations. A benefit to the methods of use of the mobile twin shaft mixer can be the supply of modern construction materials to the delivery location at the point of installation.
MANUFACTURING METHOD AND MANUFACTURING APPARATUS FOR GRANULATED BODY
A manufacturing method for a granulated body includes supplying powder agitated by a dry agitator to a wet agitator, and agitating the powder supplied from the dry agitator with a liquid component in the wet agitator by rotating blades so as to form a granulated body. The blades are rotated when the powder is supplied to the wet agitator from the dry agitator. The dry agitator agitates the powder in a dry state, and the wet agitator is positioned perpendicularly below the dry agitator. The wet agitator includes an agitation chamber and the blades rotating around a center axis orthogonal to a direction in which the powder is supplied.
FOOD MACHINE FOR PREPARING ALIGOT
A mixing device for preparing aligot, including a mixing case containing a chamber that opens at an inlet for conveying material to be mixed, and a mixing member, where the mixing member includes at least one roller that is mounted rotating on a motorised shaft, one or more bearing surfaces of the roller being designed to engage in a crushing manner with the surfaces of the chamber of the case.
APPARATUS FOR HEATING OR COOLING RAW MATERIAL
An apparatus is equipped with first and second rotary shaft 3, 4 and a plurality of disks 40, 50 provided upright at equal intervals on the respective rotary shaft. The disks are heated or cooled from the inside, and a raw material is heated or cooled by bringing it into contact with the disk surfaces. Scraper members 45, 45 and 55, 55 that enter between the surfaces of the facing adjacent disks to scrape the raw material are fixed to each of the disks 40, 50. The first and second rotary shafts 3, 4 are rotated at unequal speeds such that the scraper members approach the facing disk surfaces with trajectories drawn thereon varying, so that the raw material that has adhered to the disk surfaces can be effectively scraped off.
Agitator and dual agitator assembly for use with industrial mixers
An agitator assembly for use with industrial mixers that includes at least two rotating agitators, wherein each rotating agitator includes an agitator shaft, wherein the agitator shaft defines an axis of rotation extending from a first end of the agitator shaft to a second end of the agitator shaft; and first, second, and third sweep blades mounted on the agitator shaft, wherein the pitch angle of each sweep blade relative to the axis of rotation of the agitator shaft is between 30-60; and wherein the rotating agitators rotate in opposite directions relative to one another when the assembly is in use.
Vermicast production through conversion of biodegradable organic matter
A feed stock-to-vermicast converter, comprising an enclosed flow-through vessel having an upstream inlet for introducing convertible feed stock into a mixed epigeic bed conversion zone adapted to accommodate a population of epigeic vermicast-producing worms, communicating with a vermicast-converted feed stock outlet.
Extruder with static mixer injector
Apparatus for injection of fluid into an extruder is provided, including a static mixer section with a pipe assembly coupled with the static mixer outlet and leading to the extruder barrel; the pipe assembly outlet and barrel injection opening have diameters less than the maximum internal diameter of the static mixer casing. The invention greatly simplifies the fluid injection apparatus used with extruders, while giving more efficient absorption of thermal energy with a minimum of environmental contamination, and the ability to inject multiple streams into the extruder.
