The blending system further includes: a plurality of receptacles to organize and store blending dye containers, the blending dye containers containing blending materials; a pumping system that pumps blending materials into a mixing bowl, wherein the pumping system is controlled by the control system; and a user input device that receives input regarding the preparation of the blended mixture. The control system monitors a weight on the scale as blending materials are added to a mixing bowl on the scale, wherein a desired batch size of the blended mixture is prepared and added to the mixing bowl on the scale.

The mixing chamber of the system contains a mixing element capable of motion. The system also includes a paste located in an enclosure configured to flow into the mixing chamber via a first channel connected to the first inlet, and a flowable medium configured to flow into the mixing chamber via a second channel connected to the second inlet. The mixing chamber is configured to mix the paste and the flowable medium using the mixing element, thus, producing the flowable product that may be output via the outlet.

The operational parameters are stored in a memory of the machine control indicator with a date and time stamp based on the common clock. The operational parameters are transmitted along with the date and time stamp to a user device separate from the first machine and the second machine. In one embodiment, the operational parameters comprise one or more of a weight value, a rotation value, a revolutions per minute value, a peak weight value, a gearbox temperature value, and a hydraulic pressure value.

Method, facility and tank for the manufacture of a liquid acid concentrate used for hemodialysis machines

A water source, an acid source, an electrolyte tank containing a mixture of electrolytes in exactly the quantity needed for the manufacture of the liquid acid concentrate, and a sodium chloride source are connected to a mixing tank. A quantity of water needed for the manufacture of the batch of liquid acid concentrate is introduced into the mixing tank. A quantity of acid needed for manufacture of the liquid acid concentrate is introduced into the mixing tank, the solution is stirred until a homogeneous solution is obtained. Part of the solution contained in the mixing tank is transferred into the electrolyte tank, then the solution contained in the electrolyte tank is transferred into the mixing tank. A quantity of sodium chloride needed to manufacture the liquid acid concentrate is introduced into the mixing tank. The solution is stirred and recirculated until a homogeneous liquid acid concentrate is obtained.
