The lower body portion and the upper body portion together define an internal cavity. At least one of the upper body portion or the lower body portion includes a plurality of grooves spaced at intervals along a circumferential direction with respect to a central axis of the capsule. The plurality of grooves extends at an angle in a partially axial direction and a partially circumferential direction.

A method of dispensing a particle mixture and a reagent fluid cartridge are presented. The cartridge comprises a first reservoir partially filled with reagent fluid, a second reservoir partially filled with particles, a pumping chamber, a first pumping chamber conduit connecting the first reservoir and the pumping chamber, a second pumping chamber conduit connecting the second reservoir and the pumping chamber, an outlet for dispensing reagent fluid and particles from the cartridge, an outlet conduit connecting the outlet to the pumping chamber, and a valve sealing the outlet conduit. The method comprises closing the valve, applying a force to the plunger to transport a first defined volume of reagent fluid and second defined volume of particles into the pumping chamber to form a mixture of reagent fluid and particles, opening the valve, and forcing the mixture from the pumping chamber using the plunger to dispense the mixture from the outlet.

An extrusion device includes a container, a pump, a plurality of pipes, and an adjustment device. The container has a chamber, and a first inlet/outlet and a second inlet/outlet connected to the chamber, wherein the chamber is adapted to contain a fluid inside. The pipes are connected between the pump and the first and second inlet/outlets of the container, so as to form a fluid loop. The pump is adapted to drive the fluid to flow inside the fluid loop. The adjustment device is coupled to the container for adjusting a volume of the chamber. Further, a coating system is also provided.

CONTROL VALVE FOR POURING COLOR PASTE IN BOTH LARGE AMOUNT AND SMALL AMOUNT
The control valve for pouring color paste in both large amount and small amount, comprising a valve body and a valve element disposed in the valve body. The valve body is provided with a large pump inlet-outlet opening, a small pump inlet-outlet opening, a colorant bucket inlet-outlet opening and a colorant dispensing outlet. The valve core, which is provided with a passage, is rotated to allow connection of the large pump inlet-outlet opening and the small pump inlet-outlet opening with a colorant bucket or dispensing thereof, with at least the following three connecting structures being involved: (1) where the large pump inlet-outlet opening connects with the colorant bucket; the small pump inlet-outlet opening connects with the colorant bucket; the large pump inlet-outlet opening and the small pump inlet-outlet opening both connect with the colorant bucket; and the three ways are for single or combined use; (2) where single dispensing via the large pump inlet-outlet opening or dispensing via both the large pump inlet-outlet opening and the small pump inlet-outlet opening is allowed; alternatively, the large pump inlet-outlet opening connects with the colorant dispensing outlet for dispensing, or the large pump inlet-outlet opening and the small pump inlet-outlet opening both connect with the colorant dispensing outlet for dispensing; (3) where single dispensing via the small pump inlet-outlet opening is allowed, or the small pump inlet-outlet opening connects with the colorant dispensing outlet for dispensing. The control valve disclosed in the present invention is compact in structure and ingenious in design, and may fully achieve the objective of dispensing of large amount colorant or a small amount colorant by rotating the valve core; moreover, the objectives of cleaning the pump and preventing colorant drying and hardening in a colorant circulating pipe and a colorant outlet may be achieved.

A material mixing cartridge for a dispensing system comprises a dispensing chamber, with a material dispensing outlet and a dispensing actuator for dispensing material through the material dispensing outlet. The mixing cartridge further comprises at least two material compartments for receiving material to be mixed, and at least one material transfer channel which is adapted for material transfer between the at least two material compartments and the dispensing chamber The mixing cartridge further comprises at least one valve arranged to regulate material flow between a material compartment and the dispensing chamber via the at least one material transfer channel.

A dispensing device includes: a first chamber and a second chamber, the first chamber being longitudinally movable in the second chamber; an outlet passage fluidly connected to the second chamber; an intermediate valve positioned between an interior part of the first chamber and an interior part of the second chamber. The valve is configured to allow the liquid product to flow from the interior space of first chamber to the interior space of the second chamber when the first chamber is moved in a first longitudinal direction and to limit flow of the liquid product from the second chamber to the first chamber when the first chamber is moved in an opposite second longitudinal direction. A blocking member is movable in concert with the first chamber and configured to seal the outlet passage when the valve limits flow from the second chamber to the first chamber.

A device for preparing a solution from a sample and a reagent, the device includes a microfluidic array having a sample supply inlet, a reagent supply inlet, a discharge outlet, a solution collection outlet, a sampling zone to which the inlets are connected, first and second preparation chambers connected to the sampling zone, arranged to either side of the sampling zone such that the liquid flowing from one preparation chamber to the other flows through the first sampling zone, the first preparation chamber having a volume that is variable between a minimum volume and a calibrated volume. The device includes valves interrupting the flow of the fluid at least at the two inlets and the collection and discharge outlets.
