HUMIDITY CONDITIONING MATERIAL AND PRODUCTION METHOD THEREOF
20210146331 · 2021-05-20 ·

Provided are a humidity conditioning material that adsorbs and desorbs a large amount of moisture, and a production method thereof.

A humidity conditioning material comprising: a porous silica material having an average pore diameter of 1 nm or more; and a carrier, wherein the humidity conditioning material contains an alkali metal element in an amount of 0.001 wt % or more and less than 1.0 wt %.

A method for producing a humidity conditioning material involving the following Step (1), Step (2), and Step (3).

Step (1): A dispersion medium is mixed with a porous silica material having an average pore diameter of 1 nm or more to obtain a slurry, and an amount of alkali metal element in the slurry is adjusted to be 0.001 wt % to 1 wt % relative to a solid content weight therein.

Step (2): The slurry obtained in Step (1) is applied to a carrier.

Step (3): The dispersion medium is removed from the carrier coated with the slurry obtained in Step (2) to yield a humidity conditioning material containing the porous silica material and the carrier.

WATER TREATMENT APPARATUS FILTER AND WATER TREATMENT APPARATUS INCLUDING SAME
20210130198 · 2021-05-06 ·

A filter for a water treatment apparatus includes: a current collector; activated carbon electrodes including an active carbon coating layer that is disposed on one or both sides of the current collector and that has an uneven pattern; spacers disposed between the activated carbon electrodes; electrode plates connected to side ends of the activated carbon electrodes; and a power supply configured to supply currents through the electrode plates to the activated carbon electrodes such that neighboring activated carbon electrodes alternatively form an anode and a cathode. The filter can decrease water hardness and has a high ion removing performance because the uneven pattern increases the specific surface area and water permeability, and an ion exchange membrane is not used and the current collector has a minimized volume, leading to the minimal thickness of the electrode.

Method for producing an adsorption agent for treating compressed gas and an adsorption device provided with such an adsorption agent

A method for manufacturing an adsorption agent for treating compressed gas, which includes the steps of providing a monolithic supporting structure; producing a coating suspension that includes an adsorbent; applying the coating suspension on the supporting structure to form a coating; applying a thermal treatment to the coated supporting structure in order to sinter the coating.

Organic light emitting display device

An organic light emitting display device may include a filling part filling a space between a second substrate and an organic light emitting diode, and a dam structure disposed in a non-display area and surrounding the filling part. At least one of the dam structure and the filling part includes a getter. The getter of the present disclosure is composed of magnesium oxide particles whose surfaces are modified into a first surface modification part made of an amino silane-based compound and a second surface modification part bound to the first surface modification part and made of a compound containing an acrylate group and a methacrylate group. Accordingly, it is possible to provide an organic light emitting display device that has high transparency and of which optical properties and durability are improved by minimizing permeation of water and oxygen.

COATED GRANULAR WATER FILTRATION MEDIA
