Bait holder
A bait holder to promote humane treatment of live bait having a plurality of ribs that extended from a spring and at least one clip at least one leader connected to a fish line and a hook. The spring may be longer for better hook placement. The leader maybe hollow for buoyancy so the bait stays alive causing better results. At least one attachment sight is connected to the leader. At least one hook attachment is connected to the leader. The number of ribs is reduced or increased directly proportional to the size and kind of the bait.

VARIABLE TENSION FISH HOOK
An improved apparatus for fishing in the form of a hook with multiple hook points, optional snag guard, auxiliary bait retainer, and an adjustable tension arm employed to provide variable tension between multiple hook points for the purpose of more securely and reliably setting a hook in the mouth of a fish.

Quick Set Fish Hook and Rig
The present invention includes a fishing rig and fish hook for live bait. The fish hook comprises a main body extending in a plane and defining a longitudinal axis, a first end, a second end, a top side and a bottom side. A plurality of hook portions extend from the body. The body further comprises an eyelet for attaching a fishing line. At least two shanks anchor the fish hook to the bait fish, one of the shanks extends from the first end at least partially along the longitudinal axis and the other shank extending from the second end at least partially along the longitudinal axis. The at least two shanks each have at least one barb extending from the shank for anchoring the fish hook to the live bait, wherein the barbs are adapted to prevent rotation of the body about the longitudinal axis relative to the live bait.

Bait Container
A bait container is described that includes a thermal transfer chamber that is capable of cooling or heating water and bait within the container. The bait container is further capable of separating bait from the water to allow access to the bait in a more efficient manner. The bait container is also easily disassembled to allow complete cleaning of the container and its component parts.
SWIVEL FOR USE IN A FISHING RIG
A fishing tackle device for use in making a dead bait fishing rig includes first and second eyelets rotatably connected to opposite ends of a central barrel member and each of the eyelets and the central barrel member being cooperatively structured and disposed to allow each of the eyelets to spin independently of the central barrel member and one another. At least one of the eyelets includes a coating material applied thereto and forming a membrane that closes the eyelet. In at least one embodiment, the coating material includes a rubberized composition. The formed membrane is adapted for punctured passage of a pointed end and barb of a fishing hook therethrough while the membrane remains in frictional engagement with the shank of the hook. The opposite eyelet may allow for attachment of rigging wire thereto.

Fish Hook with Bait and Fish Retention Features
The invention relates to a fish hook in the form of a wire includes a shank portion, a bend portion and a point portion. The hook further includes an offset in the wire, the offset being positioned within the bend portion adjacent to the point portion. The fish hook may further include a second offset in the wire, the second offset being positioned within the bend portion adjacent to the shank portion.
