Fishing lure for securing live bait
A fishing lure for securing live bait includes a flexible main body and a stretchable collar. The flexible main body is configured to have a fishing hook inserted therethrough. The stretchable collar is connected to the flexible main body. The stretchable collar has a hole configured to stretch when pulled to allow a live bait to be inserted into the hole and constrict when released to secure the live bait in the hole. Whereby, when the flexible main body is positioned on the fishing hook and the live bait is inserted into the hole of the stretchable collar, the stretchable collar positions the live bait adjacent the fishing hook for fishing.
Fishing Tool
A fishing tool may be used for securing a trailer hook or other lure item onto a bait hook. The tool includes a handle with a mounting end positioned therein, wherein the mounting end includes an installation hole that extends through the handle. There is additionally a recessed seat in the hole and around the perimeter of the hole. A plastic disc has an outside diameter that corresponds to the diameter of the installation hole.
Ballyhoo/Bait Fish Trolling Hood
A hood like device designed to hold a bait fish while being pulled/trolled through the water imitating a swimming fish. The hood consisting of a weighted spoonbill at the front, attached to a cylinder shaped body in the center and a hallow cone shaped body with the large end facing the rear. An opening from the rear allows line to pass from the rear to the front. The hood is to keep the bait fish in a stable manor and swimming naturally. The line and hook which are separate are there to hold the bait fish in the hood and the hooks catch the fish.

BAIT SLEEVE
A bait sleeve for securing a bait therein is disclosed. The bait sleeve includes a sleeve including a first end, and a second stretchable end opposite the first end. The second stretchable end defines an opening into the sleeve, wherein the second stretchable end is stretchable between an open state to receive the bait within the sleeve and a substantially closed state to secure the bait within the sleeve. The bait sleeve also includes a shape-defining frame connected to the sleeve, the shape-defining frame extending between the first end and the second stretchable end. The bait sleeve also includes at least one fishing hook. Advantageously, the frame prevents excessive compression of the bait by the sleeve.

DROPPER HOOK
A fish hook system includes a shank forming a bend and a barb on a first end, a first eyelet connected to the shank on a second end, and a second eyelet connected to the shank opposing the bend and the barb. The second eyelet is located either adjacent the first eyelet near the second end, along the shank near commencement of the bend, or along the bend of the shank diametrically opposed to the first eyelet.

ARTIFICIAL BAIT WITH SLIP PROTECTION
Methods, systems, and devices for luring fish with an artificial bait are described. An artificial bait may include a top portion, a bottom portion, and a washer to prevent a knotted line from slipping through. In one embodiment, an artificial bait may include a top portion in the form of a tapered cylinder, a bottom portion comprising a plurality of appendages, and a washer. Some examples of the artificial bait may also include one or more fins attached to the top portion. The washer may prevent a fishing line from slipping through the artificial bait when it is being pulled through the water.
Bait retaining device
A bait retaining device removably attachable to fishing bait includes a strip of material rigid enough to remain in an operative position but malleable enough to be disengaged by pulling. The strip is generally U-shaped, having legs joined by a base segment. Teeth to hold bait protrude from the side of each leg facing the other. The base segment of the U-shaped strip defines a hole through which the shaft of an anchor pin is inserted. The anchor pin is secured through the hole on one distal end by a head that cannot pass through the hole and allows the U-shaped strip to rotate freely. The other distal end of the anchor includes a loop for connection to the eyelet of a hook. A support piece, made of dense or buoyant material, is located between the legs and adjacent the base segment and may be removable and interchangeable.
