An apparatus and method for manufacturing a grilled seaweed includes the apparatus comprising a grilling unit having a first housing with a first inlet opening and a first outlet opening which communicate with each other; a first conveyor for transferring a sheet of seaweed from the first inlet opening to the first outlet opening; a first heating source installed over the first conveyor to discharge a flame onto a top surface of the seaweed being transferred by the first conveyor; and a second heating source installed on both sides of a lower portion of the first conveyor to apply a flame onto a bottom surface of the seaweed being transferred by the first conveyor.

An oven includes a conveying part configured to convey a food material, a first region and a second region to perform a first baking process and a second baking process, respectively, on the conveyed food material, and an intermediate region between the first region and the second region. The oven further includes a movable first partition provided between the first region and the intermediate region and a movable second partition provided between the intermediate region and the second region. The intermediate region is added as a region to perform the first baking process to the first region in response to the first partition being opened and the second partition being closed. A gas manifold for a convection conveyor oven includes an elongated housing having a wall that at least partially encloses an interior volume; a gas inlet in fluid communication with the interior volume and extending through the wall; a plurality of gas outlets in fluid communication with the interior volume and extending through the wall; a plurality of seat inserts removably coupled with a plurality of gas outlets; a plurality of valve openings formed in the wall and aligned opposite the plurality of gas outlets; and at least one valve removably coupled to the wall and aligned with a first valve opening, wherein the valve is aligned with a first gas outlet and has a first position in which a first seat insert is not in fluid communication with the gas inlet.

Disclosed is an oven, applied for baking a pizza, including: a casing, a side cover, a driven panel, and a temperature sensor. The casing is provided with a baking tray, a combustion chamber and a feeding chamber, the baking tray is arranged on one side of the combustion chamber, the combustion chamber is communicated with the feeding chamber, the feeding chamber is provided with a feeding mechanism, and the feeding mechanism can transport a fuel into the combustion chamber. A lower end of the side cover is hinged with the casing. The driven panel is arranged on an outer wall of the casing, the driven panel is electrically connected to the feeding mechanism. The temperature sensor is arranged in the casing, the temperature sensor is electrically connected to the driven panel.

Disclosed is an oven, applied for baking a pizza, including: a casing, a side cover, a driven panel, and a temperature sensor. The casing is provided with a baking tray, a combustion chamber and a feeding chamber, the baking tray is arranged on one side of the combustion chamber, the combustion chamber is communicated with the feeding chamber, the feeding chamber is provided with a feeding mechanism, and the feeding mechanism can transport a fuel into the combustion chamber. A lower end of the side cover is hinged with the casing. The driven panel is arranged on an outer wall of the casing, the driven panel is electrically connected to the feeding mechanism. The temperature sensor is arranged in the casing, the temperature sensor is electrically connected to the driven panel.
HEARTH OVEN
An oven is provided. The oven includes a housing comprising a baking surface and an enclosure. The baking surface extends within the housing and includes side apertures with a first plurality of in-shot burners that extend through each aperture, wherein during operation heated combustion gas from the burners is directed toward the roof of the enclosure during operation. The oven additionally includes a box disposed below the baking surface with an interior that is in thermal communication with the baking surface, wherein the box supports a burner that is oriented such that heated combustion gas from the burners flows through the box and a portion of the heat from combustion is transferred through the baking surface.
