FLEXIBLE MULTIPLE PIECE MOLD ASSEMBLY WITH SEALS FOR PRODUCING A COMESTIBLE BAKED PRODUCT IN COMPLEX SHAPE
A mold assembly including at least three pieces that are joined together by a seal. Once joined together, the mold assembly defines an interior cavity defining a shape for a baked comestible product. A comestible substance is injected into the interior cavity through an opening in the mold assembly that is either defined by one of the three pieces or by an opening in the seal between two or more of the three pieces. After baking, the pieces of the mold can be peeled away from the comestible product by breaking the seal.
Crimped and moldable pie baking strip
A crimped strip of thin sheet metal (such as aluminum foil) or metal composite material that surrounds a pie crust from the body of the pie to the under edge of the pie crust. and protects it from burning or over-browning while cooking. The two outer edges of the strips width are crimped so that the final product, when viewed from the side, assumes a circular appearance. The crimped and moldable strip accommodates a variety of pie diameters and pie crust heights and designs because of its easily adjustable and moldable qualities. The crimped and moldable pie baking strip is malleable, the length can be cut to size, and the ends can be folded together to secure its position. It is designed primarily as a single use item to address an unmet market need.
PACKAGE FOR DOUGH PRODUCTS INCLUDING A COLLAPSIBLE BAKING PAD
A package for raw dough products is disclosed that includes a tray defining an interior storage space, and a collapsible baking pad having an upper surface configured to support a plurality of raw dough products and adapted for movement between a nested condition dimensioned for placement within the interior storage space of the tray for shipping and a flattened condition separated from the tray for baking the raw dough products.
Device for holding foodstuffs
The invention relates, inter alia, to a device (10) for holding foodstuffs in the manner of a cooking or baking mold (11), comprising a bottom wall (12) and a plurality of side walls (13a, 13b, 13c, 13d), wherein the side walls (13a, 13b, 13c, 13d) are displaceable from a rest position (14), in which they lie flat, relative to the bottom wall (12) into an upright working position (15), and wherein a mat-like portion (16a, 16b, 16,c 16d) is arranged between each two side walls (13a, 13b) and forms an overlap (20) when the side walls (13a, 13b, 13c, 13d) are in the working position (15). The special feature of the invention consists, inter alia, in the fact that the bottom wall (12) and the side walls (13a, 13b, 13c, 13d) are made of metal, wherein the bottom wall (12) along its edge portions (21a, 21b, 21c, 21d) and the side walls (13a, 13b, 13c, 13d) along their edge portions (22a, 22b, 22c, 22d) bordering the bottom wall (12) are covered with a plastics compound (23), which is arranged on the outer side (39, 40a, 40b, 40c, 40d) of the walls and which connects the edge portions (22a, 22b, 22c, 22d) of the side walls (13a, 13b, 13c, 13d) to the edge portions (21a, 21b, 21c, 21d) of the bottom wall (12), wherein the inner sides (25, 26a, 26b, 26c, 26d) of the walls (12, 13a, 13b, 13c, 13d) are kept free of plastics compound (23).
