A cartridge for a bioreactor adapted for accommodating a plurality of objects includes a cartridge main body defining a plurality of spaced-apart accommodating slots for respectively accommodating the objects therein. The cartridge main body includes a retaining portion extending into at least one of the accommodating slots, and adapted to retain a corresponding one of the objects in a corresponding one of the accommodating slots. A microtiter plate comprising a first array of M×N wells and a microfluidic probe insert is provided. The microfluidic probe insert includes a second array of M×N microfluidic probe conduits, forming N columns of M conduits. The M conduits include respective orifices in a bounding plane and extend, each, perpendicularly to the bounding plane on one side. The microfluidic probe insert also includes N vacuum circuits, each comprising at least one vacuum port and M openings in the bounding plane, where 2≤M, 2≤N. The microfluidic probe insert is positioned on the microtiter plate and the microfluidic probe conduits are inserted in respective wells. A processing liquid is ejected from M conduits via the M orifices of the M conduits by applying a negative pressure to a corresponding set of N vacuum circuits via the respective one or more vacuum ports.

KIT FOR QUANTITATIVE DETECTION USING FLUORESCENT MICROARRAY
The present disclosure relates to a kit for quantitative detection using a fluorescent microarray, and belongs to the technical field of protein detection. The kit of the present disclosure includes a detection plate and a detection antibody coupled with fluorescent microspheres, where the detection plate is provided with a plurality of reaction chambers; the reaction chamber is provided with an opening, and an inner bottom surface of the reaction chamber is provided with a plurality of detection sites that are arranged side by side along a length direction of the reaction chamber at an interval. The kit of the present disclosure may detect allergen-specific IgE, IgG and IgA with high sensitivity, as well as rapidly and quantitatively detect an allergen-specific antibody IgE, IgG and IgA concentration in human serum or plasma, and may screen dozens of allergens at a time.
SYSTEM FOR CONDUCTING URINALYSIS
A system for conducting urinalysis of urine is provided. The system includes a housing mountable on a urination device defining urination area; a dispenser mounted in the housing and being configured for holding a plurality of urine test strips (hereinafter “UTS”). Each one of the UTS includes at least one reacting area configured for a chemical reaction with a substance in the urine. The system further includes a detector configured for detecting at least one property of the reacting area and a shifting mechanism configured for extracting one UTS from the dispenser and moving the UTS to a urination position in which the UTS is disposed above the urination area, such that the reacting area is disposed along a urine path.
