VSI CRUSHER BEARING CARTRIDGE
A bearing cartridge and a retaining ring for a bearing cartridge arranged to support a rotatable main shaft of a vertical shaft impact (VSI) crusher. The retaining ring is formed as a single piece ring positionable radially between a drum forming part of a mainframe of the VSI crusher and a region of the main shaft of the crusher.
A MULTISTAGE HAMMER MILL AND A RESIDUE PROCESSING SYSTEM INCORPORATING SAME
A multistage hammer mill (10) has a plurality of milling stages arranged concentrically about each other. The plurality of milling stages arranged so that substantially all material in a first inner most of the milling stages passes through all subsequent adjacent milling stages. The milling stages include a first milling stage and a second milling stage. A central feed opening (12) enables material flow into a primary impact zone (14) of the first milling stage. The first milling stage has an impact mechanism (16) and a first screen arrangement (20a). The impact mechanism (16) rotates about a rotation axis (18). The first screen arrangement (20a) is disposed circumferentially about and radially spaced from the impact mechanism (16) and is provided with a plurality of apertures (22) through which impacted material of a first size range can pass. The second milling stage has a second arrangement (20b) disposed circumferentially about and radially spaced from the first screen arrangement (20a) and a circular array of impact elements (50a) disposed between the first screen arrangement (20a) and the second screen arrangement (20b).
Distributor plate
A rotor for a comminution apparatus. The rotor includes a frame including an upper plate, a lower plate and wall elements. The rotor further includes an inlet opening in the upper plate and one or more outlets located between the upper plate and the lower plate. A distributor plate is arranged at an upper surface of the lower plate below the inlet opening and is arranged to launch the material towards a contact surface. The distributor plate includes a cavity being open at a lower surface of the distributor plate. The rotor further includes attachment means for maintaining the distributor plate at the upper surface of the lower plate. The attachment means are arranged to frictionally engage with a corresponding surface of the cavity and the attachment means enable the distributor plate to be repositioned into different wear positions.
Distribute plate for VSI crusher rotor
An abrasion wear resistant distributor plate assembly is mountable to protect a rotor within a vertical shaft impact crusher for material fed into the rotor. A distributor plate is arranged so as to be resistant to the operational abrasive wear resulting from contact with a flow of crushable feed material through the crusher rotor. Attachment components are provided around a perimeter of the plate to facilitate mounting and decoupling of the plate at the rotor during servicing or replacement procedures.

Processing device for processing material to be processed, comprising a stationary housing with a feed opening for feeding material to be processed and comprising a rotor which is arranged in the stationary housing so as to be rotatable about a substantially vertically extending rotor axis, wherein, adjacent to the outer circumference of a base element of the rotor, a plurality of bearing pins are fastened to the base element, with a processing element being mounted on each of said bearing pins, and wherein the radially outer ends of the processing elements form a processing gap with an inner circumferential wall of the stationary housing, characterized in that the free ends of the bearing pins are connected to one another via a connecting disc.
WEAR PLATE
A wear plate for a rotor for a comminution apparatus that is arrangeable adjacent to at least one of the wall elements and/or a further wear plate. The wear plate extends between an upper plate and a lower plate along a longitudinal direction. The wear plate includes a first body extending along a first general direction and has an upper surface, a lower surface, and a first abutment surface extending at least partially between the upper and lower surfaces. The wear plate includes a second body extending along a second general direction differing from the first general direction and has an upper surface, a lower surface, and a second abutment surface extending at least partially between the upper and lower surfaces. The wear plate is configured to abut a first surface and a second surface of the rotor such that, in use, forming a self-locking mechanism due to rotational force.
Rotor for a rock crusher
A top wear plate for the rotor of a rock crusher, wherein the rotor includes a rotor body, the rotor body having an upper surface. The top plate includes a lip positioned about and descending vertically from the underside of the outer circumference of the lip wear plate, the lip including a protrusion to engage with a complementary recess on the top surface of the rotor body.
Mounting of wear parts for vertical shaft impact crushers
This invention relates to a wear part for the rotor of a rock crusher, the rotor including at least one outlet port, and a mounting bar, wherein the wear part is configured to engage with the mounting bar, the wear part including: a body having an upper surface and a lower surface, the body also including a surface configured to abut against the outlet port, characterized in that the wear part is configured with a channel having substantially an U-shaped cross section running between the upper surface and the lower surface of the body, the channel having a mouth and a location portion, wherein the locating portion is complementary to the width of the mounting bar; wherein the exterior surface of the bottom portion of the U-shaped cross section includes a lateral projection and abuts the outlet port in use.
Impact material processing device
An impact processing device has a central impact mechanism that rotates about a rotation axis and a processing stage that includes the impact mechanism and a structure extending circumferentially about the impact mechanism. The structure has a processing sector, and a screening sector. The processing sector extends for a first circumferential portion of the structure and has an impervious textured surface. The screening sector has a plurality of holes and extends for a second circumferential portion of the structure. The impact mechanism is operable to impact material against the processing sector and generate a flow of the impacted material to screening sector through which at least a portion of the impacted material can pass.

An abrasion wear resistant distributor plate assembly is mountable to protect a rotor within a vertical shaft impact crusher for material fed into the rotor. A distributor plate is configured to be resistant to the operational abrasive wear resulting from contact with a flow of crushable feed material through the crusher rotor. Attachment components are provided around a perimeter of the plate to facilitate mounting and decoupling of the plate at the rotor during servicing or replacement procedures.
