Apparatus and method for forming nanoparticles
Certain aspects of the technology disclosed herein include an apparatus and method for forming nanoparticles. The method includes a mechanical milling process induced by aerodynamic, centrifugal, and centripetal forces and further augmented by ultrasound, magnetic pulse, and high voltage impact. A nanoparticle mill having an atmospheric and luminance controlled environment can form precisely calibrated nanoparticles. A nanoparticle mill can include first aerodynamic vane configured to rotate around a central axis of the nanoparticle mill in a first direction, and a second aerodynamic vane configured to rotate around the central axis in a second direction. An aerodynamic shape of an aerodynamic vane can be configured to cause particles within the nanoparticle mill to flow around the aerodynamic vane. The nanoparticle mill can include a primary product line, a nanoparticle sampling line, a particle programming array, a solidifying chamber, or any combination thereof.

SPLIT PULP CHAMBER INSERT ASSEMBLY
A split pulp chamber insert assembly formed for installation in a pulp chamber on a discharge end wall in a grinding mill rotatable about an axis thereof. The split pulp chamber insert assembly include two or more insert elements, configured to cooperate to form a lining covering one or more portions of pulp chamber surfaces that partially define the pulp chamber in which the insert elements are positioned. The split pulp chamber assembly also includes a number of fasteners, for securing the insert elements in predetermined positions in the pulp chamber relative to each other to form the lining that covers the one or more portions of the pulp chamber surfaces.
FLASH MILLING INSIDE A FLOTATION CELL
A grinding device suitable for operating inside a flotation cell which includes three zones including a collecting zone in which particles are collected though a settling process, a grinding zone in which particles undergo a size reduction process and a pumping zone from which milled particles are recycled to the flotation cell.
Pivoting jar mill with rotating discharge grate
A rotary milling system includes a body rotatable about its longitudinal axis and pivotable about a pivot axis that is transverse to the longitudinal axis. The system includes an interchangeable discharge grate and a solid cover for attaching to an open end of the body. The discharge grate includes a plurality of holes through which milled product can pass while grinding media is retained. The body is pivotable to a vertical orientation, where the covers can be changed, and to a horizontal orientation where grinding can be performed with the solid cover attached or discharge can be performed with the discharge grate attached. The discharge grate is sealed to a discharge housing during discharge via an annular seal, where the discharge grate and body are rotated relative to the fixed discharge housing. The discharge grate can include a deflector portion that deflects milled product away from the annular seal.
Ball mill for malleable material recovery
An apparatus for separating material includes a frame and a rotatable sleeve supported by the frame. The sleeve has a first end, a second end, and a wall with a plurality of apertures to permit material smaller than a first size to fall through the apertures. A source of forced air is arranged to force air through an interior of the sleeve.
Continuous Feed Multi-Purpose Plant/Flower Trimmer and Separator
A continuous feed machine for trimming and separating plant material, the machine having one or more augers or conveyors for feeding plant material into a trommel barrel covered with mesh netting, adapted to include baffles between longitudinal sections of the trommel barrel, and sized for rotational speeds to so as to process the plant material as components of the plant material progress longitudinally through successive sections of the trommel barrel. The mesh netting trims plant material as it moves through the trommel barrel, with the trim falling through the mesh netting. One or more augers or conveyors may be used to remove trimmed plant material exiting an output end of the trommel barrel, and one or more augers or conveyors may be used to remove trim material from below one or more sections of the trommel barrel.
Lifting wall arrangement and a segment of a lifting wall arrangement
A lifting wall arrangement at an end wall of a drum mill, having a plurality of segments which are removably installable on the end wall. Each segment includes an inner wall and an opposing outer wall. At least one lifting blade is arranged on the outer wall, such that the outer wall, the lifting blade and the inner wall define a discharge channel leading to a discharge cone. The inner wall forms a part of a sieving wall in the drum mill. Each segment constitutes an integrated unit adapted to be installed on the end wall. Other embodiments include a segment of a lifting wall arrangement and a drum mill having a lifting wall arrangement.
PULP LIFTER
A pulp lifter has a leading edge and a trailing edge with respect to rotation of a rotary grinding mill, and includes a first wall bounding an interior space and a second wall dividing the interior space into first and second regions. The first wall includes an inner edge wall section and a radially outer wall section. The second wall includes a guide that extends substantially from the radially outer wall section to a trailing edge of the inner edge wall section. The guide is configured such that the second end of the guide does not extend to a radially inner edge of the pulp lifter. The first and second walls form at least one inlet opening at the leading edge providing access to the second section and an outlet opening for discharge of slurry from the second section at the radially inner edge and the trailing edge.
LEAD NEEDLE AND LEAD SLIME SEPARATOR FOR TREATING THIN LEAD GRID OF WASTE LEAD-ACID STORAGE BATTERY
A lead needle and lead slime separator for treating thin lead grid of waste lead-acid storage battery, includes: a barrel body, corrosion-resistant and wear-resistant balls, a feed device, a bracket device, a discharge device and a driver. A feed hole is arranged at one end of the barrel body, a discharge port is arranged at the other end of the barrel body. The feed device is mounted at the feed hole, and the discharge device is mounted at the discharge hole. The bracket device is connected to the barrel body, the driver is connected to the barrel body. The corrosion-resistant and wear-resistant balls are arranged in the barrel body. The separator can make the thin lead grid separation complete, clean and impurity-free. It does not need to be melted at high temperature in the melting furnace.
