The present invention relates to an apparatus for recycling waste raw material, capable of melting and recycling, according to size, small-particle waste metal transported by a small-particle waste metal conveyer (411), medium-particle waste metal transported by a medium-particle waste metal conveyer (412), and large-particle waste metal transported by a large-particle waste metal conveyer (413), and of recycling slag transported by a slag conveyer (414) into cover material, thereby recycling resources as well as preventing environmental pollution in advance.

Pulp lifter

A pulp lifter and a pulp lifter assembly are described for a rotary grinding mill. The pulp lifter has a leading edge and a trailing edge with respect to rotation of the mill, and includes a first wall bounding an interior space and a second wall dividing the interior space into first and second regions. The first wall includes a leading edge wall formed with at least one inlet opening providing access to the second section, an inner edge wall, and a radially outer wall. The second wall includes a guide that extends substantially from the radially outer wall to a trailing edge of the inner edge wall. The first and second walls form an outlet opening for discharge of slurry from the second section at a radially inner edge. The first section of the interior space is at least partially open at the trailing edge of the pulp lifter.

A discharge end wall system mounted on a discharge end wall in a grinding mill. The discharge wall system includes a discharge end assembly that has a number of pulp lifter segments radially arranged on the discharge end wall relative to the axis of rotation, and a number of curved walls connected with the pulp lifter segments and arranged in pairs of adjacent ones thereof. Each trailing one of the curved walls has a curved leading edge surface that is concave in relation to the direction of rotation and, with a leading edge surface of a selected leading one of the pulp lifter segments, forms a continuous leading wall that is partially straight and partially curved. The leading wall is configured to accelerate pulp through the pulp chamber partially thereby defined respectively to a central hole, when the pulp chamber partially defined thereby is in the discharge condition thereof.

Grading Discharge Module, and Continuous Wet Ball-Milling Separation Device and Separation Method

A continuous wet ball-milling separation device has a cylinder, which has a feeding section, a shearing section, and a crushing section in sequence from top to bottom. The feeding section is located at the upper portion of the device, and is provided with a liquid inlet, a material inlet, and a material distributor. The shearing section is located in the middle of the device, and is internally provided with shearing blades. The crushing section is located at the lower portion of the device, and is internally provided with stirring rods and crushing balls, and a grading discharge module is provided at the bottom of the crushing section. A grading discharge module is used in the device and a continuous wet ball-milling separation method applying the device. The device implements continuous operations of material crushing and grading by means of the material distributor, wet shearing, wet crushing, and wet grading.

Lifter bar, arrangement at grinding mill discharge end and method for disassembling discharge end of grinding mill

A lifter bar for an open-ended grinding mill that includes an elongated bar structure and at least one groove portion provided in the elongated bar structure. The groove portion is configured to open on the side of the lifter bar facing outwards from the grinding mill volume, when the lifter bar is mounted onto the grinding mill. The groove portion is provided with at least one through hole opening for a mounting member.

DISCHARGE END WALL INSERTS

A sleeve insert for covering one or more selected surfaces of one or more pulp lifters of a discharge end assembly including a discharge end wall of a mill shell partially defined by an outer perimeter wall thereof, the pulp lifters being mounted on the discharge end wall. The sleeve insert is formed to cover the selected surfaces to mitigate wear to which the selected surfaces are subjected when the sleeve insert is located in a predetermined position relative to the selected surfaces.

Rotary mill

A rotary milling system includes a rotatable cylinder, a discharge grate, a discharge housing surrounding the grate, a valve moveable between an open and closed position being in fluid communication with the discharge housing, and a conveying pipe extending from the valve. The cylinder can include grinding media for abrading a product when the cylinder is rotated. The product is suspended and ground within a liquid medium. Upon conclusion of the milling, the valve is opened to allow the liquid medium and milled product to pass through the discharge housing and the conveying pipe. The liquid medium can flow back and forth through the grate during the milling operation, with the valve preventing discharge before conclusion. A liquid-drawing apparatus can be used to draw the milled product through the conveying pipe into a separator tank after opening the valve.
