Quick change cassette shredder
A shredding module of a shredding apparatus is disclosed. The shredding module includes a shredder cassette receiver and a shredder cassette received within the shredder cassette receiver. The shredding cassette includes two shredding shafts arranged in parallel and rotatable about respective rotation axes, and two sets of fingers that cooperate with the two shredding shafts to shred material. The shredder cassette is slidably movable in an axial direction of the respective rotation axes into and out of the shredder cassette receiver.
COMMINUTION DEVICE AND METHOD FOR OPERATING SUCH A COMMINUTION DEVICE
A comminution device for product for comminution such as memory cards or mobile terminal apparatuses has a comminution unit which has two interacting cutting rollers having cutting discs that have cutting edges on the external peripheral edges and form a cutting gap. The cutting discs of the one cutting roller each engage in an annular groove between adjacent cutting discs of the other cutting roller and along the external circumference have a plurality of teeth, each having one tooth tip and one tooth blade. The tooth blades of the one cutting roller during operation upon rotation of the cutting rollers each lie beside the tooth blades of the other cutting roller. The comminution unit yet has an infeed having an infeed track for the product for comminution to the comminution unit, said infeed track terminating above the cutting gap. An elongate piloting device which extends across a length of at least 30% of the length of the cutting rollers, and which in the longitudinal profile thereof slopes downward is disposed therebetween.
Shredding cutter and machining method thereof
A machining method of a shredding cutter includes providing a cutter shaft and a plurality of blades; arranging the plurality of blades on the cutter shaft in a predetermined spacing; and rolling or extruding intervals of the cutter shaft between the blades to shift some materials thereof from middle toward both sides and squeeze the materials onto flanks of the blades to form embossed parts so that the blades are embedded in the embossed parts and clamped by the embossed parts, thereby fixing the blades onto the cutter shaft. The shredding cutter has a strong unitary structure, high precision, high yield, which is beneficial to reduce the processing cost and the cost of materials.
Saw tooth for circular saw
A tooth is provided for a circular disc felling saw. The saw tooth may have a generally square pyramidal shape with tips at each of the four corners. Each of the tips has an enlarged tip region where the tip is stepped outward from the adjacent sides. The front face of the tip remains smoothly continuous. The enlarged, or built-out region extends rearwardly a greater distance than the lateral step out distance, and the rearward build-out portion is relieved on planes parallel to the main portions of the planar sides of the pyramid. The tooth may have both leading and trailing cutting tips. Either one or both of the primary and secondary cutting tips may include a wear insert, such as a ceramic wear insert.
SHEAR BAR
The present invention relates to a shear bar, in particular, for a wood chipper for producing wood chips, having at least one cutting edge formed from a hard material and one support surface leading to the cutting edge, wherein the cutting edge is formed from a plurality of hard material elements arranged side by side along the cutting edge on at least one basic body. A strength-optimized realization with a long service life and a simple assembly is achieved as a result of the hard material elements being fastened on the at least one basic body by means of an adhesive bond.
Biaxial shearing crusher
A biaxial shearing crusher includes: two rotating shafts (5) arranged in parallel; cutting discs (3) respectively sleeved on the two rotating shafts (5) in a perpendicular form and rotating with the rotating shafts (5), wherein the cutting discs (3) on one of the rotating shafts (5) radially extend into spaces formed by the adjacent cutting discs (3) on the opposing rotating shaft (5); a tank (2) having a top opening and a bottom opening, wherein the two rotating shafts (5) are arranged in the tank (2); plates (4) mounted on sidewalls (9) of the tank (2), wherein the plates (4) extends into spaces formed by the sidewalls (9) and the adjacent cutting discs (3); a holder (6), wherein the tank (2) is mounted on the holder (6); and motors (1) mounted on the holder (6), wherein the two motors (1) drive the two rotating shafts (5) to rotate oppositely for crushing.
Drying apparatuses, dust separation devices, crushing devices, organic waste disposal systems, and operating methods
A drying apparatus, particularly suitable for disposing water-containing organic waste. The drying apparatus includes a drying chamber with a circular cross-section, where waste enters the drying chamber through a waste inlet and undergoes rotational movement within the drying chamber due to a negative pressure generated by an air pump. The air pump draws out airflow from the drying chamber through an air duct connected to the flow outlet, ensuring that the waste continues to rotate during the drying process. Additionally, the apparatus is equipped with a microwave generating device, which directs microwaves into the drying chamber either directly or via a microwave conduit to efficiently dry the waste. This design combines the cyclonic motion with microwave heating, significantly enhancing drying efficiency and ensuring that the waste is fully dried in a short time, making it particularly suitable for disposing organic residue that requires rapid drying.
RECOVERY OF CONTAMINANT FREE BATTERY MATERIALS
A shredder for minimizing aggregation of whole batteries can include a shaft defining a longitudinal axis and a latitudinal axis. The shredder can include a plurality of teeth disposed on knives which fit on said shaft at an angle to the latitudinal axis selected from 0 degrees and 45 degrees. The teeth can have a first proximal end integrally molded to the shaft and a second free distal end.
INFECTIOUS WASTE TREATMENT SYSTEM
A method and apparatus for infectious waste treatment. First, the infectious waste may be shredded into a mixture of liquid and shredded solid waste, then the mixture may be poured into a plurality of perforated bags. The liquid waste drips from the perforated bags onto a preheating subsystem and the solid waste remains in the perforated bags. The preheating subsystem heats up the liquid waste to a pre-disinfection temperature. Finally, steam may be utilized to heat up the liquid waste and the solid waste to a disinfecting temperature.
Rotor disk
The invention at hand relates to a rotor disk (1) to be inserted into a receptacle (2) for the treatment of polymers, having a disk body (3) on whose top side (4) mixing and/or comminuting tools (5) are providable and on whose opposite underside (6) a number of conveying ribs (7) extending from the interior to the exterior are provided with which during operation polymer particles are transportable towards the exterior or, respectively, that during operation exert a force directed from the center (8) of the rotor disk (1) towards the exterior on the polymer particles grasped by the conveying ribs (7). In accordance with the invention it is provided that the conveying ribs (7) are curved concavely in the direction of rotation or, respectively, of movement.
