The liquid flow device also includes a chamber assembly connected to the flow disruptor to receive the fluid from the flow disruptor assembly and an outlet assembly, open to an external environment to receive the fluid from the chamber assembly and output the fluid with a laminar flow pattern.

LIQUID JET SHAPER AND SPRAY SHAPER
20200179959 · 2020-06-11 ·

A jet shaper for shaping, from a liquid, a jet consisting of multiple subjets of the liquid, and to a spray shaper and an associated method. The jet shaper includes a spray former and a spray distributor. The spray former is arranged to generate from the liquid a spray of the liquid in a shape of a spray cone under ambient conditions. The spray distributor is arranged to shape, from the spray of the liquid, the jet of the liquid, wherein the jet of the liquid consists of multiple subjets of the liquid being free of mutual overlap. The spray former includes a spray former outlet and a flight chamber. The flight chamber is arranged to allow droplets of the spray to follow a flight path from the spray former outlet in an essentially straight line towards the spray distributor.

Swirl pot shower head engine
10549290 · 2020-02-04 · ·

A showerhead engine internally swirls water within a swirling chamber. Multiple swirling chambers may be used, each separated from one another. The water is swirled with angled through holes in a mid plate. As the water passes through the angled holes it is projected out at an angle. The water then contacts the swirling chamber wall and continues to follow the curvature of the wall. The curved wall paired with the angled entry causes the water to continue to swirl within the swirling chamber. The water is released out of the swirling chamber through slots, which allow the water to retain the angular velocity at a discharge angle.

A nozzle for an abatement apparatus and a method are disclosed. The nozzle is for abatement apparatus operable to treat an effluent stream from a processing tool, the nozzle comprises: a nozzle body defining a nozzle inlet operable to receive the effluent stream, a nozzle outlet, and a conduit extending between the nozzle inlet and the nozzle outlet and operable to convey the effluent stream in a direction of flow from the nozzle inlet to the nozzle outlet; and an effluent stream rotator configured to impart a rotational component to the effluent stream to rotate the effluent stream around the direction of flow. In this way, the effluent stream is rotated as it passes through the nozzle body. The destruction rate efficiency achieved by an abatement apparatus when receiving such rotating effluent streams has been found to be significantly improved compared to non-rotating effluent streams.

ROTATING EJECTION TYPE OOZING HOSE FOR PLANT CULTIVATION
20190381521 · 2019-12-19 ·

A rotating ejection type oozing hose comprises a rotation generator formed at an ejection opening at an interval along a longitudinal direction of a hose, applying a rotational force to a flow of water from an inner space of the hose to an outer space. The rotation generator comprises a barrel-shaped rotating space extended from the ejection opening and formed inside the hose. The rotating space is defined by a side portion formed to be extended from an inner wall of the hose and having a rotational force applying passage horizontally connecting the inner space of the hose to the rotating space and a bottom portion for closing a lower end of the side portion. The rotational force applying passage faces a point deviating from a center portion of the rotating space, applying a rotational force to water flowing into the rotating space through the rotational force applying passage.
