NOZZLE FOR SPRAYING LIQUID POLYMER PREPARATIONS AND SPRAYING METHOD UTILISING THE NOZZLE
A method for spraying a mixture comprising at least a first liquid in the form of a liquid preparation of water-soluble or water-swellable polymers and at least a second liquid, characterized in that it implements a nozzle for simultaneously spraying at least two liquids, comprising: a body provided with a first chamber within which a first liquid flows and a second chamber within which a second liquid flows, each of the two chambers having a through-hole on the outside of the body, a deflector secured to the body arranged downstream from at least one of the through-holes, in the direction of flow of the first and second liquids, said deflector being capable of modifying the direction of flow of the first and second liquids. The invention also relates to a nozzle for implementing the method.
METHOD FOR SPRAYING INSULATING MIXED PAINT
A method for spraying insulating mixed paint, which includes the following steps: (a) arranging two atomization nozzles at a spraying device with one of the atomization nozzles spraying a main paint mist and the other one of the atomization nozzles spraying a curing agent mist; (b) adjusting spray angles of the two atomization nozzles, such that the sprayed main paint mist and curing agent mist intersect at a spray area to form a paint mixing zone in which the main paint mist and the curing agent mist are mixed; (c) adjusting nozzle flow rates of the two atomization nozzles to control a mixing ratio of the main paint and the curing agent; and (d) placing a work piece in the paint mixing zone to spray the work piece.
Multiple-Nozzle Defined Edge Tool
Systems apply a material (e.g., adhesive) to an article (e.g., a component in an article of footwear) with a multiple-nozzle tool. A first nozzle of the multiple-nozzle tool is effective to provide an edge application of the material that is consistent in application of the material. A second nozzle of the multiple-nozzle tool is effective to provide a greater material coverage application than the first nozzle. The second nozzle may be implemented to apply the material at an interior area from the edge at which the first nozzle applies the material, in an exemplary aspect.

In a cleaning nozzle unit including an inner liquid passage guiding a cleaning solution, an inner air passage feeding air to an outlet of the inner liquid passage, and an injection port that mixes the cleaning solution guided by the inner liquid passage and the air fed by the inner air passage and injects a mixture of the cleaning solution and the air to a surface of an object, a plurality of the injection ports are provided, are disposed at predetermined intervals and inject the mixtures in directions such that the mixtures hits each other in the surface at a substantially predetermined angle in a front view of the surface.
Lubrication using spray nozzles having multiple oil inlet openings
During the rolling of a metallic flat rolling stock (1) in a roll stand (2), lubricating oil (5) is sprayed onto the rolling stock (1) and/or at least one roll (3,4) of the roll stand (2) by multiple spray nozzles (7) arranged beside one another. In each case, a mixing chamber (8) of a spray nozzle (7) is fed with a respective quantity of lubricating oil (5) via respective multiple oil inlet openings (9). The respective mixing chamber (8) is fed with compressed air (11) via respectively one air inlet opening (10). Compressed air (11) atomizes the lubricating oil (5) in the respective mixing chamber (8) to form an aerosol and, via respectively at least one nozzle outlet (12), is sprayed onto the rolling stock (1) and/or the at least one roll (3,4) of the roll stand (2).

PROCESS AND DEVICE FOR QUICK DRY AND OR RAPID SET AQUEOUS EXTERNAL COATINGS
A device and process for applying a quick dry rapid set aqueous solution. An indicator of a selected color and composition is added to an accelerator to be applied along with a resin. The tinted color indicator is typically blue and allows the user to determine if the proper mixture is being applied. The indicator is visible only during application and disappears after application. The resin and accelerator are applied using an airless spray mechanism with delivery systems and spray gun. The spray gun has 2 nozzles and the capability to set the angle between the nozzles.
Fluid Dispensing System
A variety of dispensing manifolds which are removable connectable to a single deformable container having a single exit portion are disclosed. The dispensing manifolds of the present disclosure provide a single deformable container having a single exit with one or more outlets from which a fluid can be controllably dispensed. The present disclosure also provides a single force generation mechanism, a deformable container holding a fluid or substance, and dispensing mechanisms all on one machine, i.e., a carrier; a system that may also include a pressurized air source that assists a flow of a fluid; and a system that allows for a continuous flow a substance. The systems of the present disclosure provide a deformable container and a method of dispensing wherein, during dispensing, an actuation member is continuously free of contact with the fluid or substance within the container and the actuation member only contacts the exterior surface of the deformable container.
NOZZLE DEVICE FOR DISPENSING TWO APPROACHING JETS OF A MEDIUM TO BE DISPENSED
The disclosure relates to a nozzle device for emitting an emission medium onto a component, preferably for emitting the emission medium onto two side faces and preferably an end face of a fold, an edge or a transition joint of the component. The nozzle device comprises an opening configuration for emitting the emission medium and is distinguished particularly in that the opening configuration comprises at least two openings for emitting at least two jets of the emission medium and the at least two openings are oriented inwardly so that the at least two jets approach one another toward the emission side.
