The spray gun connection portion comprises a nozzle assembly sealing surface adapted to seal the liquid spray gun nozzle assembly to the compatible liquid spray gun body, the nozzle assembly sealing surface comprising first and second sealing members that are each circular and concentric with one another.
ATOMIZER STRUCTURE AND ATOMIZER HAVING THE SAME
The present application provides an atomizer structure and an atomizer having the same. The atomizer structure includes: a spray assembly including a first cavity; a bottle body configured for containing liquid and configured to be connectable to the spray assembly, the bottle body comprises a second cavity; a first connecting member communicating the first cavity and the second cavity and configured for guiding the liquid contained in the second cavity entering the first cavity, when an air pressure in the first cavity is less than an air pressure in the second cavity; and a second connecting member selectively communicating the first cavity and the second cavity such that remaining liquid in the first cavity entering the second cavity, and configured for preventing the liquid in the second cavity from flowing into the first cavity when the atomizer structure is tilted or inverted.
PAINT CUP FOR A SPRAY GUN AND SPRAY GUN
A paint cup for a spray gun has a cup part and a lid which are connected to one another so as to be sealed at an opening which is round in cross-section. According to the invention, the lid has at least one dimensionally stable wing projecting radially from the round opening, which wing is designed such that a force can be exerted on the lid via it when removing the lid in order to move the lid and cup part relative to one another.
FLUID RESERVOIR FOR A SPRAY GUN WITH A VENTILATION DEVICE
A fluid reservoir for a spray gun, which fluid reservoir has a material outlet which is configured for the direct and/or indirect connection to a spray gun. The fluid reservoir has a ventilation device, via which air can flow into the fluid reservoir in order to ensure a pressure compensation when coating material flows out from the fluid reservoir via the material outlet. Advantageously, the ventilation device includes a device on the outside of the fluid reservoir and separately to a ventilation opening and a latching device, which device cooperates as a centering device, a retaining device and/or a guide device with the closure element.
SPRAY GUN
A spray gun includes a spray gun body and an atomization hood arranged at an outlet of the spray gun body, and a pipeline is arranged in the spray gun body; the spray gun further includes a cleaning joint and a straw component that are installed on the spray gun body, the atomization hood and the cleaning joint are detachably installed at the outlet of the spray gun body, and the atomization hood and the cleaning joint are used alternately; the cleaning joint is connected with one end of the pipeline, and the straw component is correspondingly connected with the other end of the pipeline.
Ready-to-use hose end sprayer
A ready-to-use sprayer comprises a container defining an interior compartment for containing a liquid product and having a pin receiver located near the rear portion and an opening located near the front portion, a housing having a main chamber and a grip portion, a nozzle in selective fluid communication with the outlet of the fluid chamber, a pivot switch on the exterior of the housing for selecting a fluid flow condition for the main chamber, and the housing being coupled to the container at the container opening and the pin receiver.
FLUID RESERVOIR HAVING AN OPTIONALLY INSERTABLE INNER BAG
A fluid reservoir for a spray gun, which fluid reservoir has a material outlet configured for the direct and/or indirect connection to the spray gun. The fluid reservoir includes a material container and a cover arrangement for closing the material container in a detachable manner. An inner bag is arranged in the material container and can be filled with coating material. The fluid reservoir is configured in such a manner that it can be filled with coating material optionally with or without the inner bag and can be used for dispensing the coating material via the material outlet to the spray gun. A flow cup arrangement includes a flow cup and an inner bag. The inner bag can be used with different flow cups.
Spray gun cups, receptacles, lids, and methods of use
A spray gun cup receptacle is disclosed comprising an open end for receiving a liner within a cavity and a base end opposite the open end. The sidewall comprises two apertures through which the cavity is visible from outside the spray gun cup receptacle. The two apertures are divided one above the other by a brace member, at least a portion of which is disposed at a brace member angle a relative to the base plane. Also disclosed are improved lids for spray gun cups, and improved connections between the lid(s) and spray gun cup receptacles.
LIQUID SUPPLY ASSEMBLY
A connector system for a liquid container system for a spray gun includes a lid that includes a liquid outlet and an adapter. The adapter includes a spray gun end and a lid end. The ends are connected with a liquid-tight passageway. Further, the spray gun end is adapted for releasable engagement with a liquid inlet port of the spray gun and the lid end is adapted for releasable engagement with the liquid outlet. The connector system also includes a plurality of interlocking tab assemblies for releasably attaching the adapter to the lid. Each assembly includes a first tab and a second tab, wherein an end of the first tab is adapted to secure the adapter to the lid when the first tab and the second tab are interlocked.
Leak-proof foam spraying can
The present disclosure discloses a leak-proof foam spraying can, characterized in that it includes a liquid tank, a liquid tank lid and a duckbill valve, wherein the top of the liquid tank is provided with a liquid injection port, the liquid tank lid is engaged on the liquid injection port, the liquid tank lid is provided with a mounting hole which penetrates through the liquid tank lid along the vertical direction from the top to the bottom, and the duckbill valve is mounted in the mounting hole and the opening of the duckbill valve faces downward. The present disclosure has the following advantageous effects: by mounting a duckbill valve in the liquid tank lid, the duckbill valve can be opened when the spraying can is in use and suck air to equalize the pressure, or it can be closed when the spraying can is inverted to avoid leaking cleaning agent or disinfectant.
