To address one or more of these and/or other needs or problems related to forming circular pastry crusts, the present inventor devised, among other things, an exemplary pastry guide including a pivot point and a guide arm having two sets of pastry cutting guides. One set has includes one or more cutting or marking guides configured to guide a knife edge in cutting circular dough shapes of approximately 4-7 inches in diameter and the other set having one or more knife guides configured to guide a knife edge in cutting circular dough shapes of approximately 11-14 in diameter. The exemplary guide is made of a transparent material to further facilitate its use in cutting pastry dough into approximately circular disks.

Magnetic Rolling System for Pliable Material
20240180170 · 2024-06-06 ·

A Magnetic Rolling System for Pliable Material is described as a rolling board having the ability to magnetically attract spacing and guide rails on which a rolling pin travels, thus keeping a rolling pin a specified distance above the rolling board and on track. In addition, these spacing and guide rails are also used to hold a rolling diagram, a cutting mat, and a sheet of parchment paper firmly in place. The Magnetic Rolling System for Pliable Material makes rolling pliable material such as dough and compounds to a precise thickness, simple and almost effortless.

STAMP FOR EMBOSSING OR CUTTING OUT

A stamp, especially for embossing or cutting out, with a plate having a top surface and a base surface opposite to the top surface, as well as an edge surface connecting the top surface and the base surface. The plate features at least one handle and has at least one projection protruding from the base surface and/or at least one indentation protruding into the base surface. In order to provide a stamp that can be stored in a space-saving way when not in use on the one hand and that is easy to handle when used on the other hand, the proposition is that the handle is mounted to the plate with an articulated connection and can be moved from a neutral to a usage position and vice versa.

A set includes at least two means for creating essentially two-dimensional shaped pieces from an essentially flat plastic material, whereas the plastic material hardens or can be hardened and whereas the means have different shapes and/or sizes, and at least one mould for moulding essentially two-dimensional shaped pieces into a three-dimensional sculpture.

Food cutter with decorative pattern press

A food cutter has a cutting portion and a movable portion that is movable between a first position in which the movable portion is raised relative to the cutting portion and a second position in which the movable position is lowered relative to the cutting portion. The cutting portion comprises an upstanding wall with a blade formed on a distal end of the upstanding wall. The movable portion is arranged generally traverse to the upstanding wall. A biasing member extends continuously from the upstanding wall to the movable portion. The biasing member urges the movable portion to the first position when the movable portion is moved to the second position.

Unitary elastic mold and cutter combination

A unitary elastic mold and cutter combination configured to mold and cut moldable material is disclosed herein. The mold and cutter combination comprises an elastic mold cavity having an elastic bottom wall with an embossed inner surface and an elastic sidewall extending from and unitary with a perimeter of the bottom wall. An elastic cutting blade extends from and is unitary with the sidewall of the mold cavity and is configured to cut moldable material and maintain a substantially consistent perimeter upon cutting. The cutting blade comprises a cutting edge disposed between an inner cutting blade surface and an outer cutting blade surface. The mold and cutter combination may have an elasticity sufficient to release molded material therefrom by hand stretching, wherein the cutting edge, inner cutting blade surface, and the inner surface of the sidewall of the mold cavity are stretched by an amount sufficient to release the molded material.

PASTRY MOLD RECEPTACLE WITH GRADUATED MARKINGS TO MEASURE, SHAPE, AND COMBINE INGREDIENTS

An inventive concept discloses a container comprising a receptacle for assembling and preparation of edible food ingredients. In the preferred embodiment, the receptacle is constructed of a clear rigid material, oriented vertically upright, with sequentially and orthogonally-joined, peripheral faces or walls. The joined walls create a hollow upper opening and a corresponding hollow lower opening. The peripheral walls further display vertical measurement indicators, shown as both vertical quarter-inch increments and quarter-centimeter increments. Both sets of markings may be impressed, marked, or engraved on the outer surfaces of the faces/walls, to serve as pre-determined fill levels. The incremental markings may also be supplemented by corresponding parallel, horizontal ridges protruding from the interior surfaces of the faces or walls.

Spring loaded wafer cutter
12336543 · 2025-06-24 ·

A pastry cutter is provided to efficiently cut individual wafers from rolled dough. It features a detachable head and handle, allowing the head to press into the dough to create wafers while simultaneously perforating them with a grid of spikes. The head enclosure includes a cutter edge for defining the wafer shape and cleanout apertures for easy maintenance. An internal dough pusher, aided by springs, ejects the cut wafers from the head to ensure they do not stick. The design aims to streamline the production of wafer cookies or similar thin pastries by combining cutting, perforating, and ejecting functions in a single tool.
